Zakir has some explaining to do. With Mianna back on the scene, his nearly perfect situation with Maliah is threatened. She's too close for comfort and his girl isn't happy. Nonchalant to her feelings, Zakir makes several decisions that sets them and their relationship back, before ultimately separating them all together.
Mianna doesn't care because she has a plan of her own. When danger arises, she finds herself not only back on Zakir's good side, but also under the same roof as he and Brittany!
What happens when you allow someone in from the past who proved they didn't deserve to be in your future?
Read along as this final installment sucks you in with excitement. Who will be exposed? Will Maliah and Zakir's relationship go the distance or will his history with Mianna outweigh the bond formed from a Thirst Trap?
Picked up right where the last installment left off. Still full of drama, action, lies and suspense. Zakir and Maliah went through so much, from his ex to her so call friend, I knew MiMi was up to no good and it was just a matter of time. She really thought she was play Zakir to get all his money, cause it wasn't about their daughter, So glad that she didn't get anything in the end. Hated that Ms. Lewis paid the price, but she knew all along that MiMi was fake. Glad that Zakir and Maliah relationship survived it all. The ending was kinda off or rushed to me. Overall, still a good read.
On so many levels I found myself highlighting a lot of stuff Maliah was saying or feeling because I felt/feel just like her with my own life. I'm disappointed to have no closure as to whether or not B.A.N. was really "touched" by the doctor. Also upset not knowing if Brittany safely returned to Zakir....wonder what fate MiMi received
This was a good book Ashley. I can't believe MiMi was so full of it. Poor Ms Lewis, she didn't play about Brittany. I wish it was more but it was a awesome read. Zakir seemed like he couldn't catch a break.
