A board book based on Green Eggs and Ham! for Dr. Seuss's youngest fans!
In this sweet, sturdy board book, Sam-I-Am shares the story of how he persuades his friend to try green eggs and ham. (What's Sam's secret? He never stops trying, of course!) Now everyone in the family--even pre-readers--can share in the fun and learn a valuable life lesson about trying new things!

Counting this as I finished an additional beginner set of another 10 dr seuss books. Very much and cute to read with my daughters, although I got a little tongue tied! 😜
I love how this book is based off of the Dr. Suess book Green Eggs and Ham. This book is filled with rhymes and is really great for children just beginning to read. It is such a cute and fun book to read especially for children who are not so good with trying new things. This book is about Sam trying to convince his friends to try the green eggs and ham. It teaches a life lesson about trying new things. Very great children’s book.
Standing on its own, this book is fine, even good. I really don't remember the original Green Eggs and Ham, though, so it might just be restating everything in that book. I like the invitation on the last page, "Would you like to try some, too?"
Want to read Green Eggs and Ham to a little one but short on time, or attention span?
This book is this perfect solution. We both love the short sentences, and little rhymes. My child stays engaged while reading this as we work up to the larger volume Dr. Seuss books.
