I will save you the bother of reading it - to sum up, the author repeatedly talks about the importance of wearing the right shoe size, & claims many people are not, which is the result of many health issues.
As a Reflexologist, I thought I would enjoy this book - It bored me to tears!
Interesting reading even if I ‘d would take it with a pinch of salt as I wonder how millions of people survive and walk as they do the opposite of what the author recommends
