10++++ stars!! Megan, Caitlyn, Lauren and Erica all got mixed up in the mess around Teaberry Baking Contest. Watch out for baking contest it is a very serious business for some folks. It can be deadly, especially when there is a very volatile past with certain contestants. Caitlyn had her dream as a judge, Megan as photographer and interviewer for the website she had up for the contest. Erica is investigating the crime and had a whole lot of suspects to go through. Megan had all the judges at her B&B except Caitlyn, so she had her hands full there. So the two mean girls Gladys and Tara were terrible to everyone involved competing. Now you have to read for the details!!!! ENJOY, you won't be disappointed!!
A great gentle read. The Baking Competition has had many entries and the judges were to arrive soon and stay at her farm. However competition can also cause some underhand attempts to cause the entry to win a ribbon. First a judge is violently ill and then the Mean Girl turned Mean Woman dies. Can she help her sister to uncover the culprit as her BFF is presently the number one suspect in the eyes of the town? Although the plot is good it is he background story that I really enjoyed. It was great to see the changes that are occurring in the lives of the characters.
The Teaberry Farm Series keeps getting Better and Better with The Teaberry Baking Contest! Wallace creates plots with twists and turns that kept this Old mystery reader interested right to the end. The bonus of interesting characters and plots right up to the last pages keeps my interest alive to the end. thank you R. A. Wallace!
