The servant-leader concept continues to grow in its influence and impact. In his introduction Larry C. Spears states, "That we have witnessed an unparallelled explosion of interest in the practice of servant leadership during the past decade. The chapters in this book give application to the variety of contexts that servant leadership can be applied. An excellent read for anyone who is a student of leadership.

Some interesting concepts and ideas in regards to new forms of leadership. How we think of leadership is changing. It's no longer who can be the loudest, the bossiest, etc. Definitley an engaging read but the "spirituality" of the concept is a little lost on me.
