A collection of positive and playful ideas and exercises to improve decision making and getting out of a slump. It has got multiple principles from different approaches that I've encountered here and there in unexpected places (in yoga for example) as well as in this book which for me was very satisfying and fun. Reading this made me feel something, it made me feel energized and capable. Recommend.

Some of my favorite ideas and quotes:
"The way you approach any activity has a huge impact on how well you do it",
"The more we relax the more access we get to our massive subconscious",
" While the universe was colluding to help me, this was only because I asked it nicely and was listening to it's answers",
really connected with the "steps to getting real".

not very in-depth or scientific but a good reference book of techniques if you need to get your creative juices flowing.

Good book with some interesting ideas. Kindle format made it a little hard to read. I wish they would figure out that books with "art" included within the text needs to be captured and not just skipped over. This is one I would have benefited from getting in paper format. Still a good guide to suggestions on how to develop new and interesting ideas.

I think I need to start over and this time read it with a pen and paper and not some much while commuting. It is good, but it seems like I could be getting so much more out of it if I focused on it for more than just commuter reading.

This is a GREAT book that will have you looking at life, challenges, ideas, and opportunities in a totally new way. It teaches you exercises to implement in your life until they become second nature and will turn your hand to Creative Life Mastery.
