Navy SEAL Carson Walsh is ready to live the good life. After surviving fifteen deployments in ten years, he bailed on the SEALs figuring this cat had run out of lives. Now living in Cabo San Lucas, the only danger he faces is choking on an oyster or drowning in beer--and then he meets her.
Gina Tripp is the Calamity Jane of bounty hunters. She's the stand-in for an absent groom on her girlfriend's honeymoon in Cabo when she meets a cute guy with a nothing but sex on the beach in mind. But she has her sights set on scoring a huge bounty--an ex-pat skip hiding out in Mexico. All she has to do is figure out how to perform her own extradition of her target. One drunken night later and a wild ride on a drug-runner's plane, she's pretty relieved she hijacked a Navy SEAL to help her with the job, even if he's an unwilling participant who has to put his rusty skills to use to keep them both alive.
**S*x on the Beach** is part of the Montana Bounty Hunter series. It is also in the SEALs in Paradise connected series. Each book can be read as standalone. They do not have cliff-hanger endings and do not have to be read in any particular order.

I liked that we got more with how Gina and Carson met, but for a good while it was pretty much the same as the last book. I was glad it wasn't that for the whole story.
I really like Gina, but she does seem to be a chaos magnet. Things just seemed to go a bit off when she was there, from all the bounty hunter calls, to even things in Mexico. I will say that was fun to read about, but man...if this was my life I would be upset.
I liked that Carson took a job at the same place with Gina, intending to go after her. Better was that he didn't have to do much work to get her.
Hot Seal is my first book by this author and even though I enjoyed it, I found the last half better than the first❣️
Gina is a bounty hunter and convinced she has a permanent case of bad luck😢 She ends up in Mexico with her bestie after a failed wedding and finds a Seal that is hot to spend time with😉 But their time is cut short when her bestie is kidnapped😳
I feel there were a few things that the author could have expanded on for the rescue of said bestie as it felt too unrealistic.
A great story with a great combination of a hot alpha male , a sweet clumsy tough female and the element of danger to boot. Carson and Gina are great together. The back and forth between them is great. They can sure steam up a page or two and sure know how to ignite a fuse in each other. I love these bounty hunter seal stories. They are short and sexy and go great with my coffee in the mornings.
I didn't buy this book expecting to re-read 50% of Salty Dog Elle James' book. There was maybe 30% new material in this book. I definitely feel cheated. If the rest of the series is like this book, I won't be purchasing any more. What a shame.
I love the bounty hunter series, but this book disappointed me. I felt it very rushed and choppy. I enjoyed the premise of the story, I just wished it were more developed so it flowed smoother.
Hot SEAL, S*x on the Beach is a standalone story in the new Hot SEALs in Paradise series from a great group of best-selling authors. If you've already read the first book, Hot SEAL Salty Dog by Delilah's sister, Elle James, parts of this one might seem like déjà vu. But rest assured it is a different story that happens along the same timeline; this one is about Gina and Carson.
Delilah is one of my go-to authors when I want to read a sexy M/F story and this one didn't disappoint. Since I'd already read Hot SEAL Salty Dog I really loved reading this parallel story from Gina's point of view.
Gina and Carson meet in Cabo San Lucas and sparks fly; both of them figure it's just a fling. When things heat up and they get involved in the rescue of her friend Maggie Gina begins to realize that she might want more.
After Maggie is rescued Gina and Carson have their own adventure and I loved it. If you like hot and sexy adventure stories you can't go wrong with this one.
An advanced copy of this book was provided to me but my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author.
Hot SEAL, S*x on the Beach by Delilah Devlin is part of the interconnected SEALs in Paradise multi-author series, and intersects with her Montana Bounty Hunters series.
Newly minted bounty hunter Gina Tripp is in beautiful Cabo San Lucas with her best friend, Maggie, who took Gina with her on her erstwhile honeymoon instead of her cheating ex-fiance. When she meets the gorgeous Carson Walsh on the beach, he's playing the beach bum, with nary a concern in sight. When a seemingly easy vacation and skip hunt go south, she's relieved and heartened that Carson's SEAL skills aren't rusty at all, and he's got her back.
Delilah Devlin's crossover story is full of her signature action and heat. Gina and Carson's escapades are thrilling in all ways, and this is a fantastic read, whether you're sunning on the beach or enjoying it elsewhere!
What a great companion book! I just finished Salty Dog by Elle James that dealt with Chase and Maggie. This story centers on their friends Carson and Gina. What I really enjoyed was the book was certain parts were a retelling from a different perspective.
I loved how Gina and Carson both there to have a good time after Gina let go of her wing woman duties concerning Maggie. I liked their first meeting to the sexy banter the two of them had. You could tell right away that these two characters just fit each other.
I thought it was interesting to read the bounty hunter parts having to deal with Gina. In most books the bounty hunter is a male, so it was fun to read it from a female perspective
This is Carson and Gina's story, they appeared in Salty Dog, the first in the series.
This book mirrors "Salty Dog" until about half way through when it continues with just Carson and Gina.
Gina is given and assignment to check on a skip in Mexico but that's all she can do because they can't force the skip back to the U.S. against his will. Gina enlists Carson's help and well things go south as per Gina's calamity Jane mishaps on the job. She really does have a heart of gold but things go sideways.
Carson and Gina have great chemistry and well they spend a lot of time between the sheets and well in the car, well you get the idea.
This was a fast read. I liked the characters and Gina is a badass in her own way. She is a good match for Carson.
A retired SEAL and a female bounty hunter. Loved it.
Carson retired from the SEALs and moved to Cabo San Lucas for fun, fishing and relaxation. Now he is thinking about moving back to the states because he is bored. Gina is retired Army and now a Bounty Hunter in Cabo on vacation with her best friend. Between the instant lust between them, rescuing Maggie from drug lords, convincing a bounty to go back to the States, and figuring out their feelings it is a busy vacation. Can they make it through all that without either of them getting hurt? Will Carson return to Cabo or will he really move back to be with her?
This book closely intertwines with Hot SEAL, Salty Dog, and gives us the story from Carter and Gina's point of view and goes beyond that into their hot and heavy relationship.
These two are definitely made for each other and when Gina's boss calls with an assignment, she enlists Carter's help.
This book sizzles and has a few very tense moments, some laughs and is a page turner as these two try to define their relationship. I think I need to read the other Montana Bounty Hunters now.
Gina is a bounty hunter. She is in Cabo with Maggie. Carson is a Seal who has transferred out and now lives on the beach in Cabo. Gina meets Carson at a bar. They hit it off. They end up taking down a cartel leader. Gina gets a call from her boss about checking out a bail jumper. Carson goes with her. She convinces the guy to give himself up. Gina heads back to her job. Will she ever see Carson again?
If u want plenty of sex in Cabo, surprises and some danger thrown in this is the book for you. Carson was on some down time after leaving the seals and a oceanside beach hut. Then he met "Trip" a bounty hunter. She was there with a friend who had been jilted at the alter. One thing leads to another and they find themselves in a pickle.
Hot quick read. Gina seams to have the worst of luck. She and a friend head to Cabo. Gina leaves her friend partying and goes to bed with Carson ( an ex-Navy Seal). Her friend barges in in the morning married and then kidnapped. Can they get her friend back? Can Gina and Carson make a relationship work with her in Montana and him down in Cabo?
Each seal member has a nickname of a special drink. S*X on the BEACH describe Carson to the tee. Love how Gina order the drink s*x on the beach and she sitting next to Carson and then they together because of the drink and then they go and save Maggie with her husband Chase. Like like the way each book flows to the next one.
I really should have given a lower rating. I think the author is lazy. The first half of the this book is a damn near a word for word copy of Salty Dog. A more talented author could have related the events from the prior book from Gina and Carson’s POV without plagiarism. The remainder of the book was not bad but could have been more in depth. What got my rating was the characters themselves.
It was a good story even tho there was a bit of overlap with "Salty Dog'. I am really enjoying this series so far and will continue reading the books. I am looking forward to the next one.
Army meets Navy, both out of the service, a chance meet in Mexico, great sex, kidnapping, rescue, drug running, OMG this has it all including finding your true love, this series is amazing, thank you for another story, Dana
I was so into the 1st book that I couldn’t wait to buy this one. But most of the story was told already on book 1! There was maybe 2ish chapters of Carson and Gina! Very disappointed. I do love both Gina and Carson thou. Im still going to buy 3 book.
Gina and Carson's story kept me hooked. Even if some elements repeat themselves, I could read any of these stories over and over and not be disappointed. I really enjoyed this book.
