Don’t go shining that crown up just yet… Everything in New Orleans is fleeting. NOLA is known for quick flashes of gold and silver. Riches that vanish into the loud, gaudy streets. Jewels during the day lead to cardboard box shelters at night, and Baby Jade has survived it all. She’s clawed her way out of the ditches and slums, only to fight her way to the head of the boardroom. However, when another underage stripper goes missing, Jade quickly realizes money doesn’t always equal power. No, that’s reserved for the ones with the authority hanging between their legs. Like James, Lucky, Gauthier. He’s wealthy, desperate, and hung like a damn horse. He’s also ready to bulldoze anyone in his path to take back his power. Broken and tormented, will Lucky and Jade still be each other’s saving grace?

Queen of NOLA is the final book in the Jaded series. The whole series has been gritty, intense, and addicting, and the this latest installment didn't disappoint!
To understand the entire back story and not be confused, you'll need to read the books in order.
The action starts from page one and keeps the reader on their toes. I pretty much read this book within 36 hours. It would have taken me a much shorter time if it hadn't been for the wacky sleep pattern I seem to be on. I can usually devour Kimmie's books within hours because she keeps me glued to the pages.
Lucky and Jade haven't had it easy. Now this couple is up against a lot once again, and it's a nail biting wild ride. Some characters I wanted to smack the crap out of, and others, my heart ached for them. The ending is bittersweet and wonderful, because this couple is deserving of things working out after the turmoil and heartache they endured. My heart rate is finally going back to normal after reading this. I highly recommend you binge read this one click-worthy series and make sure you block out a good time to sit and read.
This was a good book but I felt that I was missing parts ad I never read the first two books. I liked the characters and the story and will go back and read these series again in order.
This is the third book in the series and they need to be read in order.
"Baby" Jade Belhomme has just showed up at a board meeting for Gauthier Offshore Enterprises and is ready to take what is rightfully hers but she knows she will not have an easy go. But no matter what is thrown at her she vows not to give up.
Lucky Gauthier has finally made his way back to the boardroom after his father's death but an accident soon changes his path drastically and he must pick up the pieces and figure right from wrong. By his side is Carrie Scott who is trying to put everything in order.
As Jade has to battle in the boardroom she is also trying to find one of her close friends from her past at Bottom's Up and will she be able to connect the dots in time?
This was such a great conclusion but at the same time I am sad as it has come to an end.
I love Jade and she has grown so much in this series and truly deserves her rightful spot in the company that her dad started. I loved the different sides of Jade and how she never forgot where she came from and who was there for her from beginning to end.
Lucky was a bit trickier in this book due to what he was going through but I loved how he truly felt that something was completely off with what was going on around him! He did the right thing in the book without even realizing it.
The way everything tied in was awesome although I was really wanting a lot more punishment for a few certain characters who made Jade's life a living hell!
This is such a great series and I can't wait to see what the author has in store for us next!
I was hooked on this series from the first book. And have long awaited this final installment. Baby jade and lucky are amazing. Their chemistry is so real and I love the writing styleof the author. She writes it so that you feel the emotions right along with her characters. This series is intense and emotional and Oh my gosh freaking awesome. Baby jade had had a shit life and book 3 puts her on top. The hardships she continues to face are devastating but she is such a fierce female... Lucky was born with a silver spoon and a rebellious streak. These two, man they are so perfect together. Oh and this cover... Y'all gotta read this series!!!
I enjoyed and hated this story with so many things going on. Lucky getting into the motorcycle wreck and losing his memories seemed like the worst thing every, but the Carries coming in and taking advantage of it was horrible. I loved how you still got glimpses of Lucky inside of James. I also loved that James loved Jade so much that not even having his memories erased could change his feelings. With everything that happens in this book and all the suspense I love that there was a happily ever after even when it didn't look like one was possible. Such a great story and an amazing end to a wonderful series.
A fantastic conclusion to one of my favorite series! As sad as I am to see Jade's story end, Kimmie sent the series out with style. With the twists and turns and smoking heat I've come to love from the author, Jade is on her way to finally her to getting everything her heart desires. She's a woman who knows what she wants and will fight for everything and everyone she holds dear and God help you if you stand in her way. A definite must read A long with the other 2 novels in the Jaded Series.
I really loved this story, I couldn't stop reading it until I finished the book. Queen of NOLA is the final book in this Jaded trilogy, and it is the perfect end for a perfect story. The story of Jade (Baby) and James (Lucky) is very interesting and they have to face various obstacles along the way to finally get together. They have to fight not only for their lives, but for those of other girls as well. Some parts are heartbreaking, but the story is very well written and the ending doesn't disappoint. I highly recommend the reading.
This book is the final installment of Baby jade and Lucky's story. I would highly recommend reading the first books in the series prior to this one. They will give you the back story and the road taken for Lucky and baby jade to end up where they are. Once again Lucky and Baby Jade must beat the odds and overcome enormous obstacles to find their HEA. Their journey has been long and definitely NOT easy. But nothing worth having comes easy. I definitely recommend!!!
Really good ending to the series. It had some great twists, both Lucky and Baby Jade are as charming and captivating as they were from the beginning of the very first book. They keep struggling, they keep fighting and they come on top as I hoped they would. I expected a little bit more at the end, but still was a very sweet ending. This author never ceases to amaze me!
Definitely one book that kept my attention right from the start to the finish. Never a dull moment reading this one. If you want to know what I mean you have to read it yourself. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
What a great book, full of adventure, mystery and of course love. Jade and Lucky are amazing together, they have a bit of an uphill battle to be together tho. There is alot going on in this book, will keep ur attention from page one to the very last.
This book was good but the typos and editing were awful in this book. I expected the occasional typo or wrong use of a word but this book was full of them. I did finish the book because I was so far invested. The story was good as I said and the characters still awesome.
