The last quick bread/muffin reference guide that I'll ever need. The added bonus of the compound butters at the back of the book alone would have justified the price of the book. Good addition to any bakers' bookshelf.

Wide variety of recipes that are easy to follow. I didn't find any recipes that contained hard-to-find ingredients, which is a big plus for me.
