i read this book as part of an arc program. This is another book in the Summer Lovin series that features a variety of authors writing about guests at a wedding in the Hamptons. Each book revolves around different guests at the wedding and ties into the other books. In this book, Erik is a billionaire and a guest t the wedding. Erik wants to buy land in the Hamptons that is also wanted by another businessman. Rose is the real estate agent who is hired by Erik to help the deal go through. Erik and Rose are very attracted to each other, but with the real estate deal being stalled, Erik knows he will have a few weeks to spend with Rose until he has to return to New York. They decide to spend those weeks enjoying each others company without strings. Erik doesn't know Rose has secrets and if he found out, it could destroy anything between them. Erik has kept the real reason why he wants the land secret and if the secret gets out, it could change things. I liked this story, i thought it was very steamy and the chemistry between Rose and Erik was amazing. I loved how they were so playful with each other and could laugh and have fun. I think they both had deeper feelings than they thought they would. Good one.

This is a quick, sexy read - perfect for beach reading. This book is part of the Summer Lovin' series where all the books start with the main characters attending a ritzy wedding in the Hamptons.

This book is the story of Erik Storm, a billionaire who is trying to buy land in the Hamptons to build affordable housing for the residents of Verona Falls and Rose Marie Clark, the sassy real estate agent handling the properties. The chemistry between them is off the charts and they end up hooking up after the wedding. Due to secrets, lack of communication and betrayal their relationship is jeopardized. Highly recommend this book. Looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

This is another book in the Summer Lovin' series and it was a great one! Gage brings us Erik and Rose. Erik is desparate to buy a lot of property in the Hamptons and Rose is the real estate agent helping him make that happen...or is she? This book has quite a few twists and a lot of hot lust so be prepared for a really great ride! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

It’s worth financial security to her family if Rose Clark can keep Erik Storm from buying the real estate he thinks she is selling him. After all he is just another billionaire planning to overbuild and ruin her hometown for his own personal profit, or is he? What follows is an entertaining tale with a surprise twist at the end that will leave you wanting more. This is a quick, sexy, engaging story with interesting characters and hot romance. I recommend this as an easy, enjoyable read.

A summer romance between Rose/Rosa (the real estate agent) & Eric (the billionaire). She strings him along & delays his mega real estate deal while he falls for her. When he finds out that she's using him & burns him, he wants nothing to do with her.

The title is perfect for this story as she burns him, has her regrets. He returns to her, wanting to rekindle the "flame" of their desires for each other. You'll have to read this novel to see if they are able to get past the deception & move forward to a HEA.

This was an excellent contemporary billionaire romance right up until the end of the epilogue. I don't know if it wasn't downloaded completely or ended as a cliffhanger. Erik is a billionaire businessman set to purchase land in the Hamptons. Rose is his real estate agent but she's got a secret and is keeping him distracted. Unfortunately, often her name came up as Rosa instead of Rose so that is aggravating. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review.

This was a great romance that began as a summer flame between a real estate agent and a billionaire. Well written with an entertaining story. Two people at the top of their game find each other and they change each others lives. I read a reader copy and voluntarily chose to write a review.

Erik is mega rich and having a fling with his real estate agent, Rose. She is betraying him. It blows up in her face. There is more than one secret happening to Erik.

Not a lot of detail about the surroundings. I did enjoy the story even though it ended in a cliff hanger.
