This is book five in the series, and each of the first four books are a must read as the characters and the story line from each cross over into this book, but I promise that they are worth every penny that you pay for them.

This book kind of overlaps with book four (without giving away details of the story from book four if you have not read it) Gabriel is still running free and now intends for his niece, Trice, to marry Ephraim since his daughter is no longer an option.

This is Trice's story, and let me tell you, for me, this was the best book in the series. Not only is there a lot of holding your breathe moments, but the author introduces a motorcycle club, who doesn't love a story about bikers (these ones though seem a little sketchy to me), and the way the Lane rescues Trice from her family, such swoon worthy moments.

I cannot wait for the last book in the series, I need to know how everything turns out.

Sting is the final book in this series and tells the story of Trice and Lane. When Trice is expected to be married off to a much older man she is terrified and runs away from the only life she has known. When her and Lane cross paths there is an instant attraction and Lane becomes very protective over Trice. When Trice is thrown into harms way and is forced to return to her old life Lane is determined to safe her life and claim the woman he loves.
Cassie Wild has done a phenomenal job with this series. I was hooked from the first page on. The books has characters coming back so they should be read in order. Great series😁

The series is amazingly good. There are so many twists and turns throughout the entire series. This one is no different and has you on the edge of your seat from the beginning to the end. It grabs you and doesn’t let you go. Trice is super sweet, kind, and caring. She has this beautiful heart that stands out. Lane is very moody but yet you can tell he is a great guy. It is a quick but fantastic read. The mystery, suspense, and drama are definitely worth reading about.

Wow, just WOW!
LOVED this well written book which was well crafted & detailed. The story of Trice & Lane, full of angst, danger, it was raw, sexual & tender all at once, an absolute page turner & I went straight into the follow up, Blaze, also brilliant.

Oh my, again we wait so Gabriel's trial is coming up and Croft has his sights set on Trice, please dont let that happen, then Lane finds her, onto the next instalment.

This is the fifth book in this series by this author. This is a must read series, 5 amazing books with exceptional characters. This book has lots of twists & turns in this story. You will read this book in one sitting, not wanting to put it down. I can't to read book six in this amazing series.

Trice and Lane's story in the fifth installment of the Deceit and Desire series. It's not a standalone and all books should be read in order.
This series is fantastic. I think Trice and Lane may be my favorite couple of the series.
Told in both Trice and Lane's POV. The writing is fantastic and will suck you in.
Cliffhanger warning!
