3* STARS!
Love the cover. An okay read but unpredictable turn out of events. Liked it!
→ Male teacher also a Dom? Yumm :)
→ The heroine, Josie is a college student live with family drama. She's rich and have everything but she wants certain someone's attention. But Josie isn't a rich annoying girl. Thanks.
→ Professor Carter is an enigma. He's quite mysterious at first. Little to no further information about him except he's Josie's teacher.
→ Although I disagree with the blackmail, I like the story between them. They struggled with each other.
→ BDSM only for spices; really tame. Sex scenes was okay for me.
→ Insta-love for the finest.
→ Wrapped quickly with happy ending.

Josie needs a lesson. And Carter,her professor,is the one to teach her. She is a spoilt brat,with too much money and no sense of how to behave,at all! That’s what it looks like,anyway.....Underneath the surface Carter finds a very different girl than the one he expected,one that he grows to love.....if people will let him. Ginger,you’ve given me such a sweet story,thank you! I absolutely loved Josie and Carter!

This one is on me. I should have marked this as a DNF as soon as I started but I’ve been in a mood and thought a quick smutty read would do the trick. I was wrong.
Nothing about this was good to me. The story lacked spark. The characters were flat. The smut mediocre. I was bored.

An absolutely great professor and student taboo short read, by the group pen name Gigi Thorne (aka Ginger Talbot) one of my favourite dark romance authors. This was such a refreshing change to read this steaming hot 🔥really fun well written storyline, and I surprised myself how much I enjoyed the book! The rich girl Josie Caldwell who everybody thinks has everything she wants and sees, is in actual fact a lonely, frightened, fragile girl, until Professor Carter Lowe takes over her life and schooling! She never knew she needed his discipline! Does Carter really see her? Will Josie tell him her secrets? Can Carter risk his career for her and is she worth his time? A definite one-click must read!

I have a thing for student/teacher stories. Add to it even small D/s thing!
This read is not like others I read by Ms. Talbot (one of the authors writing as Ms. Gigi Thorne).
I really enjoyed that story - blooming relationship, hot scenes, punishments, discovering the truth about characters that seem SO flat.
Loved the dynamics of Josie and Carter relationships and how it was going. Josie comes from a powerful family and is supposed to be a good girl, but what if she doesn't want to be one anymore? And going to the club ends in the not expected way!

School has never looked so good or so hot. A fast read. Josie is not your typical spoiled rich girl. Sure it may seem like that on the surface but this girl has a heart of gold.
Professor Carter has lusted after his young student from the moment he saw her. And he’s done waiting. It’s time Josie Caldwell is disciplined and he’s just the man to do it.

This was a great professor/student romance. Everybody just assumed that Josie was a spoiled little rich girl, but there was so much more to her than that. Her professor, Carter took one look at her and knew she would be perfect for him. Grab this wonderful book today and find out what happens when you throw a professor in with a sassy, broken rich girl. Definitely a must read.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE, Ginger Talbot, her dark romances are some of my favorites. This is a different side or her writing. I thought it was just okay, but I also think I’m slightly bias. I hold her writing in such high regard I expect everything to be mind blowing. Yet Gigi’s books are met for quick fun reads, nothing more or less

This was a hot student teacher romance where we get to meet Professor Carter and Josie who are so attracted to each other living some what of a secret life and hide it well and Carter is waiting no more to claim what he wants in every way and teach Josie the lesson and punishment she deserves.This was a quick right to the point and nots let forget hot story.

I'm really enjoyed reading this novella and binge read it.
This little taboo treat was a great way to spend a couple of hours whilst soaking up the sunshine.
You really need to buy/borrow this novella as it's very well written and definitely gave me what I needed.

Schooled is a lovely way to spend a lazy afternoon. Josie, apparently a spoiled little rich girl finds herself involved with her professor, who has his own hidden depths. As he takes her in hand, all sorts of interesting things happen. To say more would be to spoil the pleasure.

I received an ARC and I'm freely leaving a review. Gigi Thorne is a newbie to me. They will now be in rotation. This book was hot!
We get to meet Professor Carson and Josie. This is a fast paced professor and student romance. The bedroom scenes are smokin!! I love how Josie hides her goodness from others and let's others think what they want of her. She hides it from even Carson and he knows she's an amazing lady but can't figure out what she is hiding. This was a very enjoyable read. I look forward to another book
