This book has taken me on a rollercoaster of emotions. Book one had me sobbing into my pillow one minute and laughing out loud the next. I did not think The Forever List could take me any further, but it did! This book tackles a very difficult subject.....Cancer, mortality and how different people deal with it. This is a real love story, not just of the romantic type, but includes family and friends too, and how life and death are not insular. Georgie and Blakes story is a beautiful one, both have suffered in their past, both feel pain deeply, but hide behind walls, both help the other come to terms with life and the best way to enjoy and live it.....live for the moment, no-one knows what life has in store for us - in life - "love the lemons, not just the lemonade!" We all need to be reminded of this sometimes and Lena Fox has done this beautifully with this story of life, love and acceptance.

This story continues right where The FBucket List leaves off. I even had to go back and read the last chapter or two to remember the ending. Georgina is dealing with the after effects of the accident and waiting on her test results. Blake realizes he has true feelings for Georgina and doesn't want to let her go. Blake gets her list from when she was a teenager with cancer. And wants to help her complete that list and have a forever.
This book was amazing. You must read both. What a story. It ends just where it needs to even though I am a greedy reader and want to know more. I highly recommend this story and anything written by this author.

An exceptional book that brings the reader face-to-face with mortality and how each person deals with it in their own way! There is no right way or wrong way in how to do that and Georgie has decided that she wants to complete her bucket-list and Blake is willing to see that she can do it even though he may have to once again face losing someone he loves! This book had me laughing and crying and feeling emotionally whipped yet left me with an overall feeling of having been on the adventure of a lifetime!! Believe me, this is a journey you are going to want to go on!!!

Waiting

I'm still waiting for an ending. She goes through days avoiding, lying, afraid of dying, afraid of her diagnosis, afraid to get close to others and having others get close to her because of her overall fear. Then when she is finally brave enough to learn the truth,we get nothing. What were her results? I get it,the story was about really living in the face of disappointment, disaster, heartache, but the whole book was waiting on results. I'm still waiting.

A wonderful poignant and heart warming / heart wrenching conclusion to this fabulous duet. The first book made me laugh and cry and the second book was just as emotional and even more thought provoking. It was a thoroughly enjoyable read, with strong characters and a gripping storyline. A wonderful journey and a captivating story.
