Recommend Swim Book

I strongly recommend this book for someone learning to improve their stroke. I really like they have identified the different types of swimmers and try to improve you based on your type of swimming. This methodology makes more sense to me. Their breakdown of the different aspects of the swim stroke was very well done. Also liked their open water swim tips and training for this type of swimming. Biggest knock on this book is that it doesn’t spell out swim plans and just gives you a menu of options for swim sections and you’re supposed to mix and match the different sections.
