Dreamwork, by Laura Lander, presents a useful method of exploring one's own dreams by decoding the symbolic messages implanted therein. Not a generic "dream dictionary," this process relies on and works with the dreamer's own individual subconscious associations to define the meaning of the dream components for the purpose of deeper self-understanding and insight. Real examples of dreams are presented along with a step-by-step approach to their deciphering and interpretation.
With the number of decades lived now exceeding that which can be counted on one hand, Laura Lander finds that life continues to grow more engaging than ever before. After closing her massage therapy practice in Kentucky, she followed her life-long instinct of "belonging" in New England rather than in the Midwest, and made the leap of relocating to Maine. She enjoys writing and has rediscovered her passion for painting and illustrating. She spends days exploring the natural beauty around her, and welcomes the serendipity of meeting new friends. She also takes delight in her grandchildren and visits them as frequently as she can. Laura is the author/illustrator of six self-published books, including three children’s books. She is currently working on her next children’s book, with dreams of many more. Laura is also a voice artist and a practitioner of shamanic healing.
