I liked it! Positive book. Although, I did notice a couple of pages that were the same with the same quote. Maybe the editor messed up? Or didn't do their job correctly?
I love these books. Looking forward to starting them again in the New Year and hopefully practicing all the helpful activities and exercises. I will definitely look for more books like these.
