I gotta admit, making these teasers was SUPER fun. I don't normally go for bright colors, but Delia brought out the artist in me.

Truly Yours breathes life into the term "second-chance romance". I'm not usually one for second chance romances for one of two reasons:

Someone was an idiot, which led to HUGE drama and it makes me want to scratch my eyes out.
When they say "second chance" they mean second chance at love in general, where I always believed it meant finding love with the a person for a second time.
When a novel says it's second chance, I usually skip past it. Either I want to throw the book at someone, or I'm confused as to what made it a second chance romance. But, when my girl Mia Miller announced this book, I couldn't NOT read it. We all have our exception authors, and while Mia's debut was only a few months back with Love on Hold, she blew me away. So whatever she writes, I'm bugging her until I can get my hands on it.

Truly is truly (heh) a second chance. Delia and Oscar met years ago at summer camp, when they were both young but infatuated. They became fast friends, opening up to each other in ways they didn't think possible. They bonded on levels that they were too young to understand. But they lost touch over the course of their friendship, and miscommunication turned their young love into disdain. Fast forward a few years, and now their going to the same college, and the magnet that drew them together when they were younger brings them back. Delia may have started out as a girl infatuated, but she quickly grows to love Oscar as a woman (and I mean, he's a ginger, who wouldn't?). But Oscar is hiding a big secret, one that tore them apart when they were younger, and threatens their relationship now.

A perfect blend of past and present, mixing letters and memories for the past, Mia Miller paints a picture of two young adults finding love all over again. She creates a symphony of heartache and forgiveness, blending in topics that are hard to talk about and humor to lift you up. She outdid herself with this novel, and I'm anxiously awaiting the next *insert all the heart emojis here*.

This is the first book that I have had the opportunity to read by this author and all though I struggled a little with it, I definitely want to read more of her work in the future. Truly Yours is only her second book and I feel that the more she continues to write the more she will grow as an author. She has great storytelling skills and knows how to grab the readers attention. She also knows how to take you on an emotional roller coaster ride. I will admit that I had to put my tablet down more than a few times because the male lead got me so frustrated. Truly Yours is a story about young love, family and the lengths that two people will go to find a way to make a relationship work.

Oscar and Cordelia first met years ago at summer camp. I loved how they met. Delia comes to his aide when other boys at camp are taunting him. What begins as an awkward meeting, quickly develops into a friendship that has them spending all their spare time together. Going their separate ways at the end of the summer they decide to exchange their info and continue to keep in contact. The next several years pass as Delia and Oscar exchange letters. Delia quickly becomes frustrated as the years pass and she does not receive a letter for a long time and she decides that forgetting about the ginger-haired, golden-eyed boy is what is best for her. The pact that they had made is long forgotten and she heads off to college. What she never anticipated was coming face to face with Oscar once again.

Oscar has spent the last several years trying to make sense of his life. As an army brat his family moves around a great deal and having a mother who is not doing well emotionally carries its toll. not just on him but the entire family as well. Oscar has had to learn to toughen up and stand up for himself. The one constant in his life is Delia, he has never forgotten about her, even when he didn't have the chance to write to her. Now he finds himself face to face with the one girl that makes him weak in the knees. Can he find a way to make up for all the silent years, can he show her that he has never been able to move past what they once had?

Like I said before, there were times that I struggled with this one. I realize that it was edited, but not proofread, I can only hope that some of the inconsistencies that I came across were fixed with the uploaded version. Overall, I did enjoy the story. It took me a bit to feel a connection to the characters, but I think Miller did a good job at executing this story and set it up nicely for the next one coming in the series.

Wow! What can I say about this book? These two met when they were 12 years old. Who meets their soulmate at twelve? Believe it or not - Oscar and Delia. But they didn't even know it. It started as a 12 year old crush between the boy with the fiery hair and the tadpole girl. But then it's time to go home. Delia and Os write to each other until one day he just stops writing.

College comes and these two (like soul mates tend to do) meet again. Oscar runs cold and hot. He is seriously one complicated man. There were times I was rooting for him and times I was thinking Delia belonged with someone else. But the connection between the two was undeniable (and steamy) and Delia brought out the best in this man. She has a healing influence along with her bit of spunk. And isn't that what your soul mate does?

Mia Miller has me hooked. I love her writing, I love her story telling. (I mean the art expo?! AWESOME!) I can't WAIT to see what comes next!

I was lucky enough to receive and ARC for an honest review.

Wow. I mean really, just, wow. I can’t come up with a better word. Truly Yours starts out adorably sweet then grows right along with Delia and Oscar. With twists and secrets surrounding a kind of love that is once in a lifetime this book turned into a story that truly captivated me! I started this journey thinking one way and ended it completely turned around. Mia Miller certainly knows how to take a unique spin on one of my favorite genres and now I’m addicted to her writing.
I have to say Oscar put me through the emotional wringer. He went from adorable, to me wanting to kick him, to down right sexy, back to needing to kick him,and then adorably sweet all over again. That man is a mystery wrapped up in a devastatingly attractive package. Delia is the light to his dark. Bright, sweet, and full of unbelievable creativity she wears her heart on her sleeve. I know that all sounds like these two are polar opposites, but together what they have is powerful and deep.
With so much emotion packed into their story their romance is one that hooks you deep.

"It felt like I tasted the wind and the sun and everything else Oscar was made of."

Truly Yours was my first book by Mia Miller and it turned out to be a nice and lovely read.
The story itself has so much potential, I wish Mia would have considered to deepen some things here and there.

"If whatever existed between us were a painting, I would have colored the air in a sharp, vibrant blue shade of forget-me-not."

What starts as young love of two 12 year old kids in summer camp turns over the years into deep heartbreak, loss and mourning this love. Now at college those two soul mates meet again and get another chance. I leave it at that because I don't want to spoil anything, because it's getting complicated (who would have guessed? ;-) )

"Inside your eyes, I see the rest of my days and I hope you'll accept me for who I am."

My problem with the writing of this book was that - at least for me - there have been some minor plot holes and time leaps (maybe you won't see them like such as, but I frankly do) and I had some question marks while reading this story. Yes, sure thing some of those I got answered, but most of those weren't answered. Mostly I questioned parts of the main characters interaction since they met again at college. The way they dealt with things weren't always logical to me. But, who knows? To you they might. :) We all read books differently, don't we?

"You are a song I discover every day."

Nevertheless, Mia created with Truly Yours a lovely second chance romance with an interesting plot twist.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

A friendship born through suffering is that of beauty. Together they stand a unity of creativity, and passion.

This is only the beginning for Cordelia the girl of tadpoles and charcoal, and Oscar the boy with wild firey hair.

Music and Art bring them together, a picture, a song a true harmony of souls.

I devoured this book in one sitting. Unable to put it down. Absorbing every exchange between them until the present came into play.

Those who are destined to be together will take on the world and their connection so strong will neither wither nor fade away no matter what.

Beautiful is the story of this boy and girl. It appealed to my very being. The words caressed my heart and I felt like I was the fly on the wall.

If you want a book of joy, love, tears and destiny look no further Mia delivers all that and so much more.

This is the second book I have read of hers and I'm not afraid to say I'm totally hooked on her style of writing.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. This is my second book by this author and is the first book in the Truly Us series. Oscar and Delia meet at a summer camp when they are twelve and become instant friends. Oscar plays the piano and Delia paints. On Oscar last day of camp Delia gives him her address to write to her so they can remain friends. Over several years the letters just stop. Then on her first day of college she sees her red headed friend again. They pick right back up with their friendship but he is giving her whiplash with his hot and cold. Until she finds out the secret he's been hiding.
Can't wait to read more from this series. I really enjoyed this book. It's a quick read with a HEA ending.

Truly Yours by Mia Miller is truly scrumptious!

I'll be honest with you, I get nervous when I read a new author, because you honestly never know what you are going to get. I was extremely pleased with what I found inside of Truly Yours!! I was hooked from the very beginning and I didn't see the ending coming!!

Delia and Oscar didn't have your traditional childhood romance, but the uniqueness I found in Truly Yours just delighted me. Texting is a very popular trope at the moment, and this story had the old fashioned style texting, you know. Writing letters. I just simply adored the pen pal element. It made what could have been a very average story up to the five star level for me.

Truly Yours a short read that I devoured it! I seriously cannot wait for the next book in this series. Even though it's short it packed a punch and dealt with some serious life issues that I'm sure will come into play more throughout this series.

Grab Truly Yours today and meet Delia and Oscar, I promise you truly won't regret it!

Truly Sweet and Surprising

I read a lot of romance novels, and most books don’t surprise me anymore. But this book did.

It kept me guessing until the end about how the loose ends would be tied up. Not in a mystery/suspense way. In a how-can-this-be-resolved? kind of way.

The romance in this novel is connected to the art scene in a profound and emotional way. And the love scenes are steamy!

This is a truly amazing book!

Delia and Oscar started their friendship when she stood up for him against bullies at the summer camp. After the camp they started exchanging letters for 4 years when one day Oscar just stopped responding. Now she sees him again at NYU where they are both freshmen, but Oscar is not the same boy she knew.

Oscar's behavior is seriously confusing. Yher's a mystery around him and so many unaswered questions, that I was kept interested from the first page till the last! That plot twist really did something for the story; I didn't see it coming! The project that Delia and her friend organized for the class, gives really important messages and sheds some light on situations that every new adult might going through.

It's a book that I totally recommend, a real page-turner!!

Truly Yours is a good read. Cordelia and Oscar meet at camp when they are younger. They write for bit and I enjoyed reading the letters. Oscar stops writing. I was really winder why he stopped writing and couldn't wait to read more to find out. Yup, I was totally hooked on this story when Oscar stopped writing, I didn't want to put it down after that. They cross paths again when they are in college. At first I wasn't a huge fan of college age Oscar but he won me over. There's a twist that's pretty interesting. There are ups and downs in this that make it a great read.

Truly yours is a beautiful story about relationships, between lovers and between family. It is a sweet and lovely love story with a little twist. Loved Oscar and Cordelia's chemistry and story. Oscar as a pianist and Delia as a painter are both relatable and loving characters with different personalities who are meant to be together. The first standalone in a new series by Mia Miller is a great introduction to the series and paves way for the books to follow. Can't wait for Enzo and Kayla's story♥️

3 Wasn't What I Expected CROWNS

My biggest issue is not the story nor the blurb, but that the two didn't seem to match in any way.  This isn't necessarily a second chance romance. It isn't overly angsty. At the end of the novel, I wanted the story that matched the synopsis.

I found myself to be ambivalent about the characters. I didn't hate them or love them. They were not overly complex or three dimensional, and some of the behaviors from the hero are a bit extreme. Delia is likable enough, but her reaction to what she finds out is subdued in a sense but also extreme for her part in the whole thing. The chemistry between the two characters is okay. I never felt the chemistry between them, though, and the sexual intimacy was okay. I wanted there to be more between them.

The pacing of the story is good. Actions move at an appropriate pace; however, the foundation of the story is based on their friendship and I wasn't sold on it. It didn't seem like they had this unshakable friendship. Even the way her virginity is promised and the way he dismisses her isn't at all what I was expecting.

At the end of the day, this is just a novel that didn't meet the expectations set up by the blurb.  I was expecting a high angst, betrayed, second chance romance, and I did not get that at all.

A wonderful story that gave me the opportunity to travel from its inception, the time the main characters met as youngsters at summer camp, right through until their more was within their grasp and all the twists and turns that happened along the way.
I thought the start of the book was pitched perfectly, it was a sweet introduction that told the story of how Oscar and Delia first encountered each other and how it Delia that steps up when he was being bullied and from that simple act of friendship a bond was forged. But of course time and tide wait for no one and camp had to eventually come to an end, the question was then, what would happen then?
Well, they endeavour to keep in touch and for a long time, they managed to keep that up but eventually, their correspondence dwindles and eventually they lose touch. Fate obviously hadn’t quite finished with the two of them because years later they are reacquainted when they both go to college…although it isn’t necessarily what you could describe as being a roaring reintroduction, things could have definitely gone better …but why is it all so complicated?
Well that my friend, that is you will uncover for yourself as you read their tale but what I will say is that there are so many twists and turns that I couldn’t help but feel that if they could navigate the obstacles that seemed to be doing their utmost to keep them apart, then this truly was a love story of epic proportions.
You will fall in love with both artistic Delia and creative Oscar, although he will test your patience at times but please bear with him his heart is in the right place! Oh, and it doesn’t hurt that he is more than a little easy on the eye, the guy is gorgeous.
With a unique outlook, I think the author took what is a tried and tested genre and gave it a hefty reality check, the result was a story that was beautifully captivating. Although if I have a gripe at all I would say that I had to reread the last chapter as soon as I had initially finished because I thought I had missed something…let’s just see what you think.

This story was a cute story about a boy and girl who fell in love at summer camp. They promised to write each other until the letters eventually stopped. Several years laters, they meet again at college. Except this time, Oscar is rude and dismissive of Delia.

Delia tries to distance herself, but Oscar is everywhere.

This is where the story kind of went off course for me. Oscar is hot and cold all the time. There is a reason, but even when that reason is explained, I still didn't get the distinct feeling he was 100% into the relationship and instead trying to prove a point. I know he was harboring resentment and anger, but I just wasn't feeling the love story angle.

I honestly felt that this story was more of a friendship. The characters grew and learned more about themselves and each other.

I absolutely loved the writing style. I just wish there was more spark and chemistry between the characters. I also wish we learned more during the epilogue about their future. I still feel like I have a lot of unanswered questions.

This is a heartwarming and memorable YA novel, and the sensitive story line enhances the fully rounded tale. SPOILER ALERT--------------------------------------------------------Oscar met Ellie when they both were 12 years old at camp and they hit it off, as camp ended Ellie gave her address to Oscar so they could write each other. She ended up giving her address to Oscar's twin Oswald and he was the one writing her. Fast forward to Ellie's freshman year at college, she runs into Oscar again. Eventually they become a couple, but it's a struggle as she feels Oscar is hiding something from her. As the main male characters are caught up in either keeping or revealing their secrets, Ellie gets hurt and confused in during the process.. Eventually the truth comes out and it's a shocking to Ellie. But in due course, they all come together at the end. I think there is potential stories with the secondary characters. Kayla reveals something disturbing at the end that needs to be explored, plus I think Enzo has feelings for her and I want to know more about Ajax too.(hint hint) Another wonderful read from Mia Miller and fans will not want to put down this novel.

This story was not what I was expecting! I thought it was great and I definitely didn’t see the twist. I thought the writing was fantastic. I love how the point of view and the time the story was taking place would change, I like the little glimpses of the past and how the characters evolved.

Delia is a unique person. She’s crazy into her art and it shows in her clothes, makeup, and personality. I love how she isn’t afraid to express herself. Oscar is, well Oscar. He’s a talented pianist, with a cocky side. There isn’t much I can say about Oscar without giving a big part of the story away.

Truly Yours is a second chance, college, romance novel by Mia Miller. It is the story of Delia and Oscar who meet at summer camp when they are twelve years old. The summer camp is geared towards children who are gifted in the arts; Mia is an artist/painter/sketcher and Oscar is a pianist/singer-song writer. They meet one day when Delia comes upon a bunch of guys who are throwing rocks at Oscar because he has flaming red hair. Delia picks up a rock and attempts to throw it at them, and she misses badly causing the boys to laugh at her. Delia is really clever though because she tells the boys that the camp counselors are behind her causing the boys to scatter. Even though Oscar says that he didn't need her help, he and Delia start conversing and they end up becoming good friends. They figure out a way to spend as much time as possible together at the camp, and end up sharing their first kiss with each other. By the time that the camp is about to end they realize that they love each other, and want to stay in touch. Delia gives Oscar her address and phone number just as he is about to get on the bus to go home, and when she gets home a letter from Oscar is waiting for her, since he went home a week before she did. Delia and Oscar write to each other a lot during the first nine months, but the letters from Oscar become more and more sporadic over time. Delia is really hurt when she doesn't hear from Oscar any more, and so she attempts to forget about him.

Time moves on and before we know it Delia is 18 years old and starting college at NYU, where her brother, Corbin is also attending college. Corbin is a music major and is attempting to start up a band with his best friend, Enzo. As Corbin is showing Delia around campus, Delia sees a red headed guy sitting with a group of guys, and even though he has changed a lot, she knows that the guy is Oscar by looking at his eyes. When Delia goes up to him to say, "Hello", Oscar pretends that he doesn't know who she is. Delia is crushed by his behavior since she knows that he is Oscar. Will Delia and Oscar ever get to know each other again?

I loved this book by author, Mia Miller! I really enjoyed all of the characters in this book, and I'm so pleased that this is the first book in a series! I'm really excited to get to know more about the other characters and what their backgrounds are. Ms. Miller does an excellent job of setting up a story, and in this book we go back and forth in their timelines so that we can better understand their points of view. There is a complex story line in this book that I didn't see coming, and it is very clever. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves a great second chance romance!

This story had a cute and sweet premise about a boy and girl who fell in love at summer camp. They promised to write letters to each other and did until the letters stopped altogether. Then we see the main couple meet up again at college. This is where we see the boy who is now a man treat the girl who is now a woman with such contempt and is dismissive of her. This is Oscar and Delia’s love story. I liked the start of the story but midway thru the story, the story seemed to just get confusing and lost. There is a lot of angst and pain – Oscar blows hot and cold toward Delia. There is a push and pull between the young lovers. It was hard to figure out why Oscar acted the way he did yet when it was all explained, things still didn’t add up. I didn’t get really any attraction between the main characters and what promise there was to the story slowly died. I will say I have a lot of questions that still remain which is good because I still want to know so that is why I gave the book a slightly higher rating. The characters are good and the writing is good , things just appeared to be all over the place by the end of the story. I still would be interested in reading this author again.

My Rating: 3.75 stars *****

Delia and Oscar meet at camp when they were young. They became the best of friends, shared all their thoughts, nothing held back, trusting friendship during the camp months. They part during goodbyes and promise to write and keep in touch. The letters come and go, they slack off then there is nothing. Through postage, they leave on a somewhat of a bad note. Years go by, they’re college age. They see each other again in college. Their reunion isn’t great. I can’t tell you further because it would totally spoil the story. I liked this story. It’s sweet, a little mysterious, frustration, sadness and I felt the love. The letters were good to read. I could see how much Delia aged from preteen to teenage years from the letters. Oscar is quite the character. Sweet, confusing, loving, holds quite the candle to our heroine. I am interested to see if Corbin will get his own book.

Cordelia “Delia” Buchanan met Oscar O’Shea while at summer camp when they were 12 years old. The two kept up a friendship through letters until suddenly when Oscar no longer writes back.
Years later Delia spots Oscar at NYU and she is mad about him stopping communicating with her as they were supposed to be such great friends.
But soon things are revealed that make both Delia and Oscar wonder what was real between them and if they have any feelings left for the other.
This was such an interesting book with some twists and turns that I definitely was not expecting!
I really liked Delia and her kind heart that was obvious from when she was 12 years old and helping Oscar out. The letters she wrote him were very expressive and it was obvious how much she cared about him. My heart broke a little bit for her when she saw Oscar and then got no reaction from him that he remembered who she was.
Oscar seemed so flighty to me as he seemed to be so hot and cold with Delia and he was all over the place. I wondered if there was something even wrong with him.
I was not expecting the twist in the book at all and it totally shocked me although things began to make much more sense!
The end was good and I am glad Delia got what she was after! - By Rebecca

Truly Yours by Mia Miller
“Coming full circle, 4 stars”

Before today I had never heard of Miller but when I saw the cover I was intrigued, then I read the blurb and I wanted to know more. So, I dove in and was presently surprised with what Miller was able to pull off for a new author, yes there were small things I the seasoned reader would want tweaked but nonetheless I was pretty surprised. I will keep an eye on Miller because I bet she will get better with time.
Delia fell in love with Oscar at summer camp as a kid. It was magical in its own way and then summer came. They wrote back and forth to each other for years and then one day it stopped. Over time Delia became bitter that he just fell off the face of the earth and moved on. Then when she starts college she sees him, but it’s like he doesn’t remember her and that’s a whole new level of hatred on her part. Then again all may not be what it seems where Oscar is concerned.
When Oscar sees Delia for the first time in years he knows exactly who she is, but she hurt him. Whether or not she knows it or not. All his life he’s never had anything that he can call his own. Then he learns the truth. Will the plague of his existence ruin his last chance with Delia or will he get the only girl he’s ever wanted?
There is a complex key in this story that I am leaving out mainly to keep you guessing. It really made the story and I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. In Truly Yours you’ll go through the motions. There is a lot of hurt and heartache festering in this story that must be solved before they can get to the HEA.

Mia Miller is a new author to me. That being said, i truly loved each and every minute of this book. It made me feel so much - ALL THE FEELS !!!!!
O.. FREAKING. MG... This book is really one of those books that consume you oh so completely making you forget your own existence because you exist to read only. From the first page I just knew I wouldn't be able to function until I was done with this one and I was right...OMG....I had so many moments while reading... I WANTED TO YELL AT OSCAR for being the idiot that he was.. but I HATED ALSO FOR FALLING FOR HIM.. Just like Delia I couldn't help herself.. SHOULD NOT MISS READING THIS ONE.. This book is EPIC... OH SO EPIC... OK now that I have finished my ranting about how much I loved this book. I can finally breath now...LOVED IT !
This book also touched upon a psychological concept that made the counselor in me swoon so hard! The twist and turns and the roller coaster ride was one hell of a journey through this book. You definitely do not want to miss reading this book.

I really enjoyed this story!

A childhood friendship/crush that endures (although with some bumps) into adulthood.
Delia and Oscar meet at summer camp when they are twelve years old. They keep in touch for a few years via snail mail, but then all communication suddenly stops. They reconnect when they both enroll at NYU.

The road back to each other is bumpy with lots of twists and turns and a healthy dose of angst!
Oscar never dropped his torch for Delia over the years, but he's still harboring some hurt over the way they lost touch. Delia is still infatuated with Oscar, despite his odd behavior at times.

Their love story is an emotional roller coaster (which I love), and the secondary characters are interesting too, so I'm really looking forward to the next book in this series.

This is the first time I have read a book by this author and I have to say, it was a great unique concept that had me wondering what was going on for a few moments. When things are exposed, it was like it hit you and went OMFG! The bond that Oscar and Cordelia have is evident right from the start. Then comes the letters then heartbreak. When University starts, then comes the twists and turns that make your jaw drop. I think the one thing I really enjoyed about this book, is that while the twist throws you for a loop, I can totally see it happening.
Overall, this was a fun and enjoyable read. I love that wounds are healed through art. In more ways than one. Connections and bonds are made that will last a lifetime.

This was TRULY amazing! What started as a sweet read turned into an adventure of love, second chances and family. Full of the unexpected throughout the entire story.

Delia and Oscar are true soul mates. You could feel there art and music pull you in. I can't wait to see what's next from this author!

*** 3 Stars ***

I adored Love, On Hold, the authors debut novel. It was sweet, a little different, and it totally hooked me. So, when Truly Yours was announced I obviously jumped at the chance to dive into another of her books, especially one that looked like it would be more on the angsty side of things and while things started out on a good foot, it didn’t stay the course and I find that I didn’t love it as much as I was hoping I would.

The main issue I had was that I had a difficult time connecting with, as well fully sympathizing with, Delia and Oscar and their issues. I mean, I got them. I understood quite clearly where they were coming from, and on some left felt for them and convoluted situation they found themselves in, but I never got that gut punch from them. I will say that convoluted is probably an understatement when it comes to what Delia and Oscar have to work through, and there were a few moments where I honestly wondered why they wanted to be together, but in the end the heart wants what the heart wants and they wanted each other, so I’m happy with how it all worked out for them.

As I said in the beginning, I adored the authors debut novel, so I’m taking this one with a grain of salt and putting it on the ‘It’s not you, it’s me” shelf because while I wasn’t fully into the romance, there were a some sweet and cute moments and I did enjoy the details when it came to Delia’s art and Oscar’s music, I thought it was well done and gave a nice insight to the characters, and I really liked Corbin and Dalton and would love to get to know them both better So, while this one didn’t move beyond me simply liking it, it does have its own appeal and it may end up being a fav read for you, so I’d say give it a go.

Truly Yours by Mia Miller

A sweet story in regards to a second chance between Oscar and Cordelia. These two met one day at camp where Cordelia rescued Oscar from being teased by other boys. After a small moment of awkward moment, these two form a bond during the summer. As years past they kept in touch by writing letters to one another. Until the silence stretches too long and Cordelia still hasn't received one. After waiting and waiting, Cordelia believed its time to leave the past in the past. But when a chance encounter has her face to face with Oscar once more, she must decide what to do. Either put him in the past forever, or put her heart on the line...once more.

Truly Yours wraps around not only young love, but the struggles of keeping a relationship intact with so many miles apart. Mia Miller did a wonderful job intertwining the romantic and emotional aspects throughout the story. However, their is always room for growth and I believe the more Mia writes, she’ll excel.

I look forward to reading and more books in the future.

Truly Yours follows the years-long story of Delia and Oscar. After meeting and connecting in summer camp, the two promise to write to keep in touch. But after a few years, Oscar stops writing and Delia is crushed. Fast forward a few years to when she is off to college, she learns Oscar is at the same school. That's when things turn a bit into crazy town and that Oscar has been keeping a secret.

I really loved Miller's first book and that's why I had wanted to read this one. But the secret that Oscar was keeping was just a bit beyond crazy for me. It just wasn't something that you keep a secret from someone you're supposed to really like, especially because that secret is playing a role in her life. I did enjoy the romance aspect between the two of them and think this made for a good coming of age novel without the forced drama.
