A great book for a sane Christian lifestyle in today's world.

+Trying to balance a career, family, home schooling, religious activities and recreation is a real challenge. This book helped to bring some real balance into my life. The issues contained here are life changing.

+The author first reviews why a weekly day of rest is important: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. God created the 7-day week, and He designated one day to rest. The consequences of going against these principles are dangerous to ones physical, mental and spiritual health. The author gives numerous examples to demonstrate these adverse consequences. He then outlines a strategy for integrating these principles back into our lives. Simple but profound. Well worth reading and applying to your life. Highly recommended!
