Saturated fats are considered as a whole. I knew that already. I learned resting heart rate that is too high is a premonition for everything bad. I learned total serum cholesterol was found to have a relatively high threshold--known to scientists even back then--before there's any concern (but there is serious concern on the high side of the threshold). Also, active work is good, even if it's walking a few steps a few times each hour. And being healthy is easiest most effective at being in the middle of possible, sustainable body weights. Too thin and you're in more trouble than were you obese.
