هذا الكتاب في الحقيقة لا يشرح القانون بطريقة جامعة بل يشرحه مادة بمادة وكأنها مواد منفصلة عن بعضها وكأنها كذلك غير متصلة بالقوانين الأخرى ولكنه أعطى كل مادة حقها.
