A wide choice of casseroles to meal prep, also the breakfast recipes are good in this cookbook, especially liver pate.

The recipes are not very difficult and well instructions which is essential for meal prep, especially for beginners like me.

Prep meals and drop weight

It sure does make life easier by preparing meals ahead of time then freeze them for later. Even better when the recipes included are for healthy meals
