During an emergency meeting the heroine's boss tries to throw her under the bus, she quickly proves that they need to look elsewhere for their scapegoat. Later, she unwinds at the local watering hole where she meets the very interested hero. They agree to a night of letting their bodies do the talking and no repeats. Of course, one night is NOT enough for the hero so he goes looking for heroine -- finds and keeps her safe from the hazards of her job. The mystery intrigued me even though the resolution of the mystery took place off the pages.

What a pair these two were...Geneva and Jamison as they came together from their first meeting having lust from first sight. As it seems that Geneva was having some major problems on her job being threatened and harassed by the phone. Will this alpha man [Reed] be able to help her? With Jamison Reed being trained by the military I will say he would be the best to help with this situation however, he did have a past that was giving him some trouble trying to get over some pasted issues. With Geneva being a member of the Lady Guardians will she be willing to except help from Reed in finding the culprits? Well, to find out you will have to pick up "Lady Guardians: Forgiven" to see how well this author delivers it so well to the reader. It will definitely be a good storyline with high intensed moments, dual MC clubs, drama and let's not leave out the hot steamy spicy sex from these heroine and hero who brought out the best in each other.

The first page had me sitting up and paying attention and I didn't stop for the entire book! That's how good this story was. Geneva was a take no BS type of girl which we saw from page 1 and I loved it. She met her match in Reed when they had what they thought was a one night/weekend stand and matched each other move for move. I loved these two together. They had a grown folks type of love where they were honest, didn't hold back, called each other on their BS, and went after exactly what they want. All of that made for some very hot scenes between these two while they tried to make the best out of their circumstances. Reed was such an alpha and once he decided he wanted Geneva he loved hard but Geneva was definitely the perfect match for him. I really couldn't put this book down and am hoping Reana writes more about the other girls in the club. This was a fantastic read!

Liked the story but...
Loved th we characters of Reed and Geneva but considering both belonged to some kick-ass MCs,. there was little to no action except in the bedroom. So I was very disappointed. Even when the bad guys were found, the action moves to six months later with the narrator telling the reader what happened. A basic error in writing you 'show don't tell' particularly something as crucial as this. We had th e kiss ass heroine staying at home while the male goes off to do his thing. Though I liked the relationship between the two protagonists, I wanted more than just bedroom action from these supposed tough guys. Not your best, Ms Malori. Readers who like steamy Romance will enjoy this as that issues all it was. However, I have not given up on the Lady Guardians nor the author so will be reading the next book in the series.

Lady Guardians: Forgiven is the second release of the Lady Guardians motorcycle series. A dual motorcycle club interracial romance by author Reana Malori, two very different people who could not be more like-minded or more needing the other as Reed and Geneva. Reed a healthy alpha male meets Geneva one night and at first glance she had his attention. Geneva is a boss from the start of this story when faced with a situation. When Reed learns of the trouble that came to Geneva's front-door, he let her know no specific terms he was not going anywhere.
Can't wait to read the other Lady Guardians books. Although I am not sure how the title 'Forgiven' fits this story, I found it to be a good read.

Great Scott!!
This story was hot!! Jamison Reed and Geneva Powers met on one of the crappiest days of Geneva's days of her life. The heat and connection between them was instant and it shook them both to their core. Reed has some serious baggage and Geneva was leery of the strength of her feelings for this unknown man.
Problems from her job brought them together righted and showed them both that the other was their safe haven. Both belonged to motorcycle clubs and understood that some bonds can be deeper than blood ties and they could trust the other even though they had just met.
The flow of the story was smooth and the heat was 5 alarm . Great job Ms. Malori!

This book is part of the Lady Guardians Motor Cycle Club written by some very awesome writers and they are writing about lady bikers, if that doesn’t catch your eye then the stories sure will. This book by Reana Malori is about Geneva Powers who is a power house on her own but then she meets Jamison Reed and when I say the chemistry is hot…it’s hot. Geneva doesn’t hold back her punches and gives as much as she takes and so does Jamison so it’s no wonder these two could not leave each other alone. This was a very good story with a truly wonderful cast of characters. It was a fantastic read for me and I couldn’t put it down…was actually upset when it ended. Great job Reana Malori!

Geneva and Reed are fire together. This is a well written story of intrigue, love, lust, and deception. Both Geneva and Reed bring strength to the story and their relationship. Both are strong individuals who prefer not to lean on others. Events in Geneva's life make it necessary for her to lean on her support system, which suddenly includes Jamison Reed - who makes it clear that his presence isn't optional. Reed has just enough alpha and vulnerability to qualify him for Book Boyfriend status. I love a heroine that is a force, not just personality-wise, but in her professional life. Geneva fits that bill. Great Read!

How did I missed this gem?
I love the Lady Guardian series! These women are such bad a****! I was shocked to find I missed quite a few books. And this was one.
Who knew that office shenanigans would lead to Geneva meeting her destiny named Jamison Reed. There was something about Reed that Geneva couldn't get out of her system. But drama with Geneva's boss would force Reed to go into protection mode. No one was gonna mess with his woman.
The drama, action, chemistry and steamy love scenes was definitely well worth the read.

From page one when you meet Geneva you realize this is a woman that won't take crap from anyone. Geneva's boss tries to set her up and after a day of dealing with his bs this motorcycle riding girl randomly runs into Reed in a bar. Reed takes one look at Geneva and decides that he wants her right then and there. This is a quick, steamy, and spicy read, as Reed and Geneva navigating a new relationship, dual MC clubs, and the drama that Geneva's boss has brought to her life.

A story with a whole lot of potential however, it seemed that the air was shocked right out of it. The story line is what I'm referencing, the plot was really intriguing, there was so much that could have been told. Yet, the entire spirit revolves around the couple having sex.
Maybe that serves a purpose with some readers but, not me.
In addition,,, there were way too many typos, and put sentence structure.

OMG, this book has everything from mystery to intrigue and back at around to off the charts chemistry. I love the interaction between the characters. Throw in a believable plot, awesome flow between chapters and intimacy that cannot be measured. Forgiveness was wanted and it was achieved. I highly recommend this read, you will love it! 5 stars

What A Ride
This story was a fantastic read for me. Because it took me on an unexpected fabulous ride. Definitely good for the heart. I did not think it was going to be a sit an read in one session but it was. Just couldn't put it down. Reed and G. were great. Give yourself a treat!

I liked it. Both MCs were easy to like. There was an interesting mystery happening in the background as well. The reason I can’t rate this higher, is that we don’t see the climax. It’s told yo us after the fact in the epilogue. Also the mystery was interesting, but I wish we felt the danger a little more. Outside of the texts nothing actually happened to her.

Good read
I'm really enjoying reading about the Lady Guardians. Geneva and Reed's story is no exception. I love the fact that they didn't breakup and be miserable only to get back together again. Reed knew from day one what he wanted and didn't hesitate to go after it.

Amazing story
This story start off with a twist and kept getting better and better. I wish it could've been longer,because I wanted to read what would happen when Justice came to town,what happened when they went to visit Reeds best friend Nick's widow.

Geneva was sharp which her boss wasn't expecting. He truly underestimated her. Reed came into her life right on time they both needed each other and had more in common then they thought. Loved it.

This was an interesting story. I enjoy Reed and Geneva things happened very fast between them but they end up being exactly what each one of them needed.
