This series is nice and the chocolates are imaginative but it's also pretty repetitive. So many of the stories deal with jealousy either in show business or at school over boys. There are of course other kind of stories too and there's also the back story of Shokora but that is moving in a painfully slow pace, only getting a chapter here or there. But many many stories have singers, actresses and such. They are not bad for it per se but I hope Mizuho will put some more effort in writing more varying stories in the future.

Her art has stayed familiar but improved during 15 volumes. It's mostly nice. Sometimes legs look wonky but it's only a small thing.
Not my favourite series but it was worth reading and will read future volumes when they get published.

I have always loved this manga series because of the concept. A world where magic exists?? Witches and demons? I've been hooked on this series from the beginning. How could I not? The concept is all I have ever wished for, and the author's art is absolutely stunning, portraying the magical world and the realms so excellently. However:

To me, the stories in this one are pretty repetitive and basic? Because I love rereading the books over and over, I came to realization that in the previous books, even when the art had not developed yet, I loved the interesting plot twists and the characters in the previous ones were much, much more complex.

Compared to the previous books, which I'm always left satisfied after reading them, I remember the feeling when I finished this one. I felt kinda hollow and a thought immediately crossed my mind when I closed the book: "That was it. That was all."

In conclusion: this book was good, but it could have been better. I hope the next one will be much more interesting 💚
