Бяха тип sleep 101 или sleep for dummies.

I was actually surprised… I know quite a bit about sleep as I researched it more than once. This tidy little book… It was how it looked that really caught my eye LOL… Actually did teach me something about sleep. I would say it’s a really good overview especially for someone who doesn’t know anything about sleep. Cheers!

This is one of the best 'summary style' books on sleep out there.
Incredibly up to date on new sleep research and is presented in a way whereby you can skip any information that doesn't interest you.
Would highly recommend for both healthcare/sleep professionals and those curious to learn more about their own sleep.

Enjoyed this read! It's short and sweet and came at a time when I really needed the reminder of the importance of sleep. What I got from it was that its not meant to be groundbreaking, but is meant to break the stigma and remind us of the importance of better sleep habits. Especially enjoyed the actionable exercises.

I love how straight to the point and easy to understand they presented the science about sleep. Enjoyed learning and the audiobook narrated was pretty good. I liked how this book also gave suggestions on sleep positions or exercises to practice to promote better sleep, I just wish I had a physical version to refer to bc the descriptions were hard to picture through the audio narration.

Some helpful info but super dry and kind of boring. Also was not sure why it was organized the way it was. Would have been better as a series of articles, but will take away some renewed sleep hygiene practices anyways

I found this book somewhat interesting but quite long and factual without many easy to follow tips and routines. I would have liked to have more ways to improve my sleep that solely facts. If you wanting to learn more about the science behind sleep then this book might be a great start.

Listened to this audiobook while I was ready to sleep last night, but I fell asleep within 5 minutes! lol. I will have to re- listen while am awake to know better what it is talking about. give it a 4 stars for now, as it made me fall asleep almost immediately, which was the purpose for me to read this kind of book about sleep.
