Evil must be contained. Compromised Huntsmen must die . . .
The Triumvirate, Commanders of the Black Forest Huntsmen, teach their hunters that werewolves are evil, human-eating animals.
When a Huntsman is captured by werewolves, the Triumvirate sends Zoe to kill the compromised hunter and destroy the pack.
But her efforts result in a traumatic head injury. Daryll, an Enforcer for the Texas Ranch Wolf Pack ensures Zoe gets medical treatment. Why would the evil were help her?
Believing Zoe, too, is compromised, a Huntsman attacks her in the emergency room. Daryll saves her, and Zoe's confusion grows.
Then Zoe learns the Triumvirate aren't the saviors of humankind she believes them to be. Will she follow her heart to help Daryll and the pack in their efforts to stop the Triumvirate?
Or will she blindly follow orders to destroy the pack?

Who can be trusted? Can your own memories be trusted? Can your leaders be trusted? Can your mate be trusted Read these in order! I first read them in a box set. I thought this book continued the story very well but if you don't read them in order you're going to lose track of Huntsman, were cats, were bears, and what attack happened when. These books move very quickly and the action doesn't stop. You need to know who is destined for who, were names and human names and which pack is which. We may need a guide to each book, but the author is very good at putting just the right amount of information in each book. Clean, some romance, some violence and fighting, and some scary details. The nice thing is there is still room for humor and building real relationships between the characters and the reader. Definitely recommend, but read in order!
A great addition to the Texas Ranch Wolf Pack. Hard to put down. The books pull you in and draw you into the story. Zoe and Daryll meeting and mating. Zoe is a former Huntsman sent by the Black Forest Huntsmen Triumvirate (vampires - this info is not known to the huntsmen) to kill former Colonel Marsten of the Huntsmen, Paige , Phillip, Nate and any other were. Daryll is a werebear, and looks after Zoe. The fight is on for the pack to keep themselves and Humans safe from the Triumvirate. Addictive must read.
This is another story in the ranch series...Zoe is a piece of work! She's part of the huntsmen and thinks shifters are all bad. But bear shifter Daryll shows her different but not before she causes a lot of trouble! This is another good read in the Texas Ranch Wolf Pack series...read in order so it all makes sense.
This is a great book! Zoe's a hunter & Daryll is a werebear. There's so much excitement, action, passion and even a battle. Lots of emotions and Daryll somehow finds his mate.
A decent book. What I do not like is the author changing "facts" from the last book to support what is going on in this book. If you have a series, the world you create and the things that happen must be consistent. This distracted heavily from an enjoyable read.
Wow! I don’t know how, but each of these page-turners should have 6 stars!! “Wolf’s Trust” is the 6th book in a row for me by this author & each one meets or exceeds the previous book in this phenomenal series! I feel like a broken record, but if you love PNR, contemporary fiction with romance & suspense like I do, then get all of these books in the Texas Ranch Wolf Pack series! Each new story is unique, but fortunately connects with the same fantastic well-defined characters as well as adding new ones. Amazing descriptions, witty dialogue, and scenes that either brought tears to my eyes or made me laugh out loud :) Oh & there’s page-turning suspense with new twists, plus romance, but without pages of detailed sex, so that these are suitable for teens IMO, and they have HEA's :) I can’t wait to get back to reading more in this series!
Another couple, Zoe and Daryll, are introduced in this book in addition to the others. Zoe is a Huntsmen captured after attempting to kill members of the pack in the last book. Daryll is the bear shifter charged with protecting her. To make matters more interesting, he discovers that she's his mate. Opposites attract in this book and the former enemies form a connection and Zoe learns the truth of the Huntsmen. Even more of the Huntsmen's secrets and plans are revealed as plans are made for the future. You'll find plenty of action, suspense, and emotion in this book as it leads up to the epic battle that is coming in the next book.
I know it must be hard for an author to write a series and keep it entertaining. This book was fun and easy to read. Some parts are repeats from other parts of the books in the series that’s to be expected.
Really enjoying this series! So much that I hate to stop and write this review! But reviews are important for the authors. I suck at writing but believe me when I say this is a good series to read!
