Part novel in verse/part poetry collection, Atlantis by Lauren was a beautiful and poetic read which is available on KU! Raw, deep and honest, a good read!

It has been a very long time (in my eyes) since Eden has released a book. It was entirely worth the wait. No one does micro-poetry like her. NO ONE. Her layers are deep - otherworldly.

She is powerful. She is sexy. She is witty. She is heartbreaking. She is woman. I loved every page of this three part book.

I was also happy to see Eden expand her style into longer poetry in some pieces. I do not know how she does it. But she had me with chills on one page, laughing on the next, crying after that, smiling after that.

A roller coaster. An exquisitely written roller coaster at that. Buy this book. Keep it on your nightstand. Return to it often.

I love love loved this collection! It hit so close to home in many ways and really opened my eyes in so many others. I loved the water theme that was consistent throughout. Definitely a must read!

As a woman reading this, quite a bit made me pause and reflect. A lot of it made sense and a lot of it made me think. Few paras stuck with me and a few of them made me admire the women in my life. It makes you ponder on the learnings, teachings given by the society and makes you want to unlearn.

Wow. Atlantis is by far the best poetry book I have ever read.

Lauren has set the standards for poetry very high, piecing words together beautifully, painfully, perfectly... I absolutely adore her poetry. I could not put this book down. I have never connected so well with someone else's words as much as I connect with Lauren's. It is very rare to come across a poetry book like this, where every single poem is an unforgettable gem. Lauren is a clever poetry goddess, and I already can't wait to see what she will release next.

After being absolutely dazzled by Lauren Eden's first collection of poetry, I've finally read her second work Atlantis, and it is beyond beautiful!

Eden's poetry is raw and so emotionally deep. There are a lot of powerful, feminist themes about injustice and the fight for equality, and the road to self-love. I adore how much imagery and metaphor is used, and how the reader is left to think after every page. Each individual poem packs such a unique punch. I can't wait to read more of Lauren Eden's magic.

A short sweet read. The poetry in this book flows like the ocean waves. Poetry is something anyone can relate or at least appreciate is what I feel but this would be more ideal for someone going through a transition in their life. Be it falling into love, out of love, giving birth and so on. I found a friend in this book and you will too.

I actually enjoyed this poetry book! I loved how it was told in 3 different part's and I loved how it had definitions of words for each part of the book!
The illustrations in the book was also beautiful. Overall, it was a really lovely piece of poetry.

Truly beautiful and vulnerable. Speaks to the female soul. Lauren transparently approaches every girl or woman by fearlessly putting to words feelings that can barely be named. Call it a rescue followed by relief and delight. Definitely worth reading.

Really short and easy read. I like this kind of quick, short, but impactful poetry/prose. Lots of great short poems that I enjoyed.
