Nice for a beginner, but it lacks more precised info about the IF, for example difference about salt intake on high and low carb diet; the real reason for it to work - meaning healing insulin resistance, etc. If you want a great book on such topic read dr. Jason Fung books, they are a good mix of science, practical advice and explains aetiology of obisity, diabetes etc. BE CAREFUL with all the advice about "low fat jogurt" "lean chicken" etc. If you don't eat healthy fats you will have a big trouble with fighting your hunger and staying in the IF regimen.
