Genre: Erotic Romance
Type: Book 3 of 4 from Four Sons series
POV: First Person - Multiple
Rating:

Brock Pearson and Ethan Kingston grew up with silver spoons. As the sons of two powerful men, they never needed anything that their family couldn’t provide. But a shared grief brought them closer together and made them realize how much they really needed each other.

Camilla Alvaro was fully aware of Brock and Ethan’s reputation around campus. When she caught their eyes, she was far from deterred by their attention. But she might not be prepared to get entangled into their lives.

Even though we do argue, there’s something so much more between us—something I never knew existed. He’s brought me out of the darkness that consumed me.

I never liked Brock in Four Fathers but certain aspect of him started to catch my attention in the first two books of this series. I like how he was the most emotional of the brothers. He took what happened to their family the hardest and that vulnerability made me like him.

No girl has made my body shudder with need as much as he does.

Ethan was there when his best friend needed him the most. Compared to Brock, he was the more gentle and carefree one. They balanced each other well in their friendship.

I care about the girl. I want to make her happy, to see her smile, and show her pleasure.

Honestly, I’m not sure what’s Camilla’s purpose in this story. I didn’t care for her at all because she felt like an unnecessary third wheel. Unless she and/or her family have significance in the next book, I really can’t see the need for her character.

I love that I could feel the connection and the emotions between Brock and Ethan. But Camilla suddenly came into their lives as if she had been there all along. I can understand lust, but selling it as love was not convincing to me. Also, there was no conflict in the storyline, especially considering their unconventional ways. However, good thing is the sex scenes were scorching.

Brock is a story of taking chances and staying true to oneself. I’m curious to see how the series will wrap up in the final book.

I want this. I want him. There’s no rethinking the path we’re on.
I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life.

This is the story of Brock Pearson and Ethan Kingston. The sons of the two best friends. Brock and Ethan became best friends as well firstly.
And then they became lovers.
And then they met a girl, Camila, and they add her to the equation.
And then all three of them have to convince their families that their polyamorous relationship is a serious one.

This is a normal, sweet MMF story. Maybe it is far too normal for this weird series and the result is a bit boring.

Moreover, Camila definitely did not fit with the two boys. Although I liked Brock and Ethan's progression in their relationship, Camila always felt like a third wheel for me. This fast love at first sight with them was not believable at all. In most sex scenes Camila could just disappear without causing any problems.

***5 ‘It’s Real, And It’s Mine’ Stars***

I didn’t know what to expect from Brock, mostly because he was always on the perimeter of what was going on, so I went in with no assumptions and fucking LOVED his story. It was sweet, funny, smexy and full of heart AND the menage was done right, at least IMHO, and just hit all the right buttons for me from start to finish.

I adored Brock, Ethan and Camila. I did. Brock is cocky and charismatic in a bad boy kind of way, but has a heart. Ethan is sweet, charming and laid back, though when the bad boy comes out to play all bets are off. Camila is something of an enigma. She’s shy and innocent in one breath and then can turn sassy and fiery in another. But it’s sweet nature that draws you in.

So, I have a strong opinion on how a menage should be. I can’t help it, I want it done in a certain way and when it’s not, it leaves me feeling like something vital was missing from the relationship. But that doesn’t happen here. THIS is how a menage should be, IMHO, it should be where all three are woven together in mind, body, soul and heart. There is no exception. Of course the journey can start out as a couple and then evolve into a menage, but the end result are three hearts beating for each other in every way. And I got the full meal deal here and couldn’t be happier. Things do happen quickly, in some respects, but it was all done well. And the smexy?? Have those B.O.B’s charged up and ready to go!

Brock is a total winner. I devoured this baby in no time. It is very different in tone in comparison to Nixon and Hayden’s books and yet fit very well into the series. And I do have to agree with and reiterate the fact that these books (The Four Fathers are included in this) should be read in order to get the full impact of what the characters are dealing with. And now to wait for the baby of the family, Camden and to find out just what he is up to!

Brock Pearson is the third oldest brother who enjoys being a free spirit, especially now that he's at university. Two years have passed since the family’s loss and Brock relied heavily on his best friend to get him through the tough times. But now Brock can no longer deny what he’s known for some time.

“Even though we do argue, there’s something so much more between us—something I never knew existed. He’s brought me out of the darkness that consumed me.”

Ethan Blackstone grew up knowing the Pearson family and has been close to Brock. Always a source of friendship for Brock, Ethan is ready to act on what he feels.

“The line between what we’ve had and what we’ve so clearly wanted has been blurred. Brock and I took a step we can never go back from.”

Coming to terms with their attraction to each other, Brock and Ethan’s chemistry is palpable and very hot. Steeped in deep and longstanding feelings, each touch is sizzling while waiting for the inevitable.

“I need to fuck him. I need to be inside him right the fuck now. I pop my mouth off his cock and glance up. “I want to be inside you.”

While these two also enjoy sharing women, when Camila Alvaro enters their lives they want to experience an unconventional relationship. This arrangement leads to some smoking hot scenes, especially with the bond Brock and Ethan share.

Told in multiple POV, it becomes clear how Brock wants to embrace the present and future. As he matures, he sets himself apart from his father. For me, Ethan is incredibly sexy with his easy sensibility and nurturing ways. While I am a big fan of unconventional relationships and I applaud the effort, Camila just seemed extraneous to me and I never connected with her beyond wanting her to be a guest during playtime.

As the third book in the Four Sons series, Brock continues to follow a progressive timeline and offers a solid focus on the main character. I was definitely surprised by Brock’s book and enjoyed how he matured.

Brock is a sexy read that explores friendship and being honest with oneself. Now that Nixon, Hayden and Brock have had their books, I look forward to reading about the fourth and final Pearson son, Camden.

I love how each of these books are individual but they still carry on the thread of the previous ones. I've no idea how the authors pull it off but I'm so glad they do.

Brock has always been a bit of a mystery he's always been on the periphery of the group almost like he has one foot in and one out. Each book for me had love at the heart of it but there was always darker elements as well. This time the author gives us a book of pure emotion and love and it swept me away.

Some may be surprised the direction Brock's life goes in but I wasn't there were little clues in the preceding books. I'm not going to make characters because for me that's a big spoiler. I will say that I loved them all, soul mates that found each other and didn't let go and a family that pulls together.

One more book to go and I can't wait.

Book three looks like the most “normal” story so far. The sex scene were good and plenty.
What left me unsure was the love between the three of them although it feels genuine it just feels impossible. However seen how this series is so far fetched without an ounce of realty I guess it fits with the rest.
I understand it’s fiction but giving at least an impression of realty wouldn’t hurt.
Let’s how all this will develop is all end with Camden, who so far is my favourite even if I should know better than to have high expectations with these boys 🙄

Whoa! Just when I thought this series couldn’t get hotter, it just did! No words can describe how utterly incredible this book is. The story of Brock Pearson and his friendship with his best friend, Ethan Kingston is amazing. They have been through so much together and supported one another through sadness and tragedy. This book expands on this friendship and how they will always be there for each other. It also brings a beautiful young woman into the picture by the name of Camila. Will she come between them? If you want to know, then read this book! You will not be disappointed in the slightest!!

Let' just take a second to admire that yumi cover *take a deep breath, and let's go!*
Brock... Ms. Rene did something I had not expected in my wildest dreams. This one is for sure different from other books in the series.
It's raw, emotional, dirty and for sure shocking, but that's what this author does to each of us with her every book. She takes us on a rollercoaster and sometimes we don't have a belt to secure the emotions.
I'm still in awe. Yet, I could not manage to read t slowly! It took me like 40 minutes to devour that masterpiece!!!

Plus we get introduced to Camila a beautiful shy girl with some spunk. I loved the chemistry and all the points of views so we get to see everyone’s thoughts. Definitely a must read book of this amazing series! 5/5 sexy stars

I received an ARC of this book from the author and I voluntarily reviewed it. Thank you Dani René!

If you’re looking for a short, sexy, ménage romance, this is for you! It’s hotter than hell, and you will definitely blush as you’re reading it! I mean, who wouldn’t with M/M/F? *wink*

This story is not just a romance, but a story of acceptance, friendship and family. It is a story of being true to yourself, and that is a powerful message perfect for this era.

This is not a romance book with a lot of back and forth, seesaw kind of story. It’s honest, straight forward, and it unravels in a cascade of love and emotion. You know me, I love my hardships and struggles, but for a short novel, it’s fine by me not to have many.

I highly recommend you read Four Fathers first. These four books are written by four amazing characters and you really shouldn't miss out. Then go read Nixon and Hayden before you read this book.

I was so excited to read Brocks story. This author has such a great way with words I knew it would be great. I wasn't wrong. This book was hot... off the charts hot. My fan was on top speed lol I love the introduction of Camila. I really liked her.

I absolutely loved this story. Once I started I couldn't put it down. These books are amazing and I can't wait to read Camden.

It was so nice to get this story to be honest. Dani brought Brock a love story for all of us to enjoy.

Brock finds his love through two people instead of just one. Brocks longtime family friend Ethan and he finally come to terms with their feelings. And with that, they find a third in Camila.

I loved when Brock goes to tell his family about his new relationships. There is nothing but acceptance with everyone. That is the way it should be with every family.

Great story!

I've followed Dani Rene for quite some time. Had had the chance to see the evolution of her stories as she kept writing, even had the chance to read Kingston and her collaboration with Dani Rene through her Sunshine and The Stalker, even some of her individually published novels, but Brock takes the cake on all of her other books.

This delves into the second born son. Of his love for his best friend. Oh yes, you heard me right, love. Because Brock has this undeniable link with Ethan Kingston (we've met his dad through this author's Four Fathers series book), and while they never really acted on this link, they've never denied it either. And that one moment, they decide that they can't hold back anymore.

I absolutely loved it. I loved how they aren't ashamed to say what they need to say. Or to act the way they want. And especially, i couldn't wait to see how they would find the one that would bring them even closer, which happens to be Camilla - the 'religious' girl (i did put that in quotation because her upbringing was catholic and her parents weren't exactly thrilled with the trio, but had come to terms with it) who took a chance on the two.

I was surprised to find that of all the brothers, Brock was the one that felt the loss of his father the most. He was the one that saw himself retreating from his family and mostly going against everyone's belief that he'd come and 'rule' the Four Fathers Freight company with his brother, but left it all for the joy and love that Ethan and Camilla would bring him.

Very well written and especially captivating from start to finish.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

Brock is the third book in the Four Sons Series. I highly recommend that you read the first two books Nixon and Hayden before you read this book. They work much better in order than they would out of order.

I am strong, athletic, and son to a man I always wanted to be. I had made plants, thought I was on that path, and then a bullet stopped not just my father's heart, but mine too. I've been living a life I'm not meant to. I want more. I want to escape. And I sound someone who's give me a love I never thought possible. My name is Brock Pearson. I am a free spirit who found happiness in an unexpected place. People assume I'll be another heir to our empire, but my heart belongs elsewhere.

I loved this book and I loved Brock so much. He is the brother you have all the questions about when you read the other two books and he is elusive pretty much. Now we get his story and wow what a story it is. You see when his father died part of Brock died too and he would have gone off the deep end if it hadn't been fro this best friend Ethan. He pretty much lived with Ethan and his family as their father's were really good friends, until they went to LA to college. Now that they are their living in a awesome apartment and seniors in college Brock is deciding that he doesn't want to go back home but stay in LA with Ethan. He has feeling for Ethan that run deeper than they do in a friendship and Ethan feels the same way. However Ethan also has his eyes on Camila. Sweet innocent Camila who is attracted to them both and can tell there is a serious connection between the two men. She also has a step sister who is as wicked as any of the step sisters in fairy tales. I loved Brock's story. I could feel his hurt and his love. All the emotions he went through in this book. This is one you don't want to miss and I do believe that Brock will end up being my favorite of the Pearson brothers.

“Three Hearts. Three souls. One forever.”

*Swoons*

While working my way through the FOUR FATHERS/FOUR SONS books, I always had a feeling that BROCK was going to be special, and I am happy to say that I wasn’t wrong. As a huge fan of MMF, this book was absolute perfection. The heat and the passion between Brock, Ethan and Camila, was electric, and I devoured every single page. I find that in some MMF books, the relationship between the two males isn’t as strong as with the female, but that wasn’t the case here. It was clear for everyone to see that Brock and Ethan loved each other, just as much as they loved Cami, and that, for me, was EVERYTHING.

“Finally. Fucking finally. The heat of his kiss burns me right down to my soul. I know it. Ive always known it, but never admitted it. Ive only ever allowed myself to think about it. I knew one of us had to make the move. And I decided it would be me...we’ve fucked around before with a chick between us, but this is different. I want him. Alone. Just the two of us.”

I have fallen madly in love with these characters, but also, with Dani Rene as an author. This is only the third book of hers that I’ve read, but I know that I will be reading more in the future. If you haven’t had the chance to read any of these books yet, I urge you to start right at the beginning with BLACKSTONE, who is one of the Four Fathers. (They must be read in order to enable you to understand who is who, and what is what!! 😂 )

Well wasn't this a really hot surprise to The Four Sons series. I think this by far has to be my favourite book yet and I didn't want it to end. Before you can read this though, you must read The Four Fathers series then the first 2 books in the Four Sons series to enable you to follow the timeline of events.
Also this book is a M/M and M/F/M genre so don't say you weren't warned.

This book was way up there in terms of menage hotness. It's a difficult genre to write and if you don't get those bedroom scenes right then it may well go pear shaped. Dani Renee hit the spot with this one. The chemistry between Brock and Ethan was electric and then adding Camila into the mix it set the pages on fire. Both Brock and Ethan have been through hard times but their love towards each other is there for all to see. Camila initially came across as a quiet shy girl but when it comes to these two men she comes right out of her shell and is a girl who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to experiment. I'm not going to go into the plot line with this one because IMO anyone who loves this genre won't be disappointed.

All I can say is if you haven't started any of these books then you need to remedy that now because your missing out big time!

That was so hot and so unexpected.

Brock is book 3 in the four sons series tgat has followed The Four Fathers. I love it, its different and each book written by one of four authors.

Brock though I was not expecting m& m I jumped straight in because it's a series and I'm following it and then discovered Brock and Ethan who have been best friends all tgeir lives are finally wanting to show each other what they have felt for each other all these years and they are so hot and when Camilla joins the mix it's off the charts.

Other books have felt part of a series and felt linked to everything that has happened previously, this book however could be read as a standalone.

I missed the dark and gritty content I have loved about this series. I dont normally read m&m, I do enjoy my male and female love stories but found it entertaining, heartwarming and a good story none the less.

Looking forward to the last book.

5 sexy stars for Brock!
I love how these women have intertwined the Four Son’s stories together yet they hold their own. This story is one that gave me chills in the most enjoyable ways quite often while reading, seeing Brock take that leap and push past how others may view his life is beautiful. What can I say without giving anything away? This series is a MUST read, first there’s the Four Fathers series that will give you insight into the families and I guarantee that you’ll be jumping straight I to the next in the series until you’re caught up with the sons and hear their tales. Phenomenal book that I cannot rave about enough. ONE CLICK your copy! This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

Brock and Ethan are very, very naughty boys. I really loved the closeness of their friendship and how Ethan held Brock steady during those rough times after Eric was taken from them. It’s cute how throughout the series you see Brock and Ethan’s family suspect these two are closer than just friends but it’s sweet when they actually take the steps to express what they mean to each other. And then there’s Camila. Lordy lordy! Add one innocent looking sweet girl to the mix and it just combusts all over the place. I love MMF and my only criticism of this book is I want more! Their romance was way too quick and I just needed more time with them. More time to for the seduction and chemistry between one another to perk to combustion. Just the sexy men together had me fanning myself. You add this spicy girl to the mix and it dialed everything up to eleven. In a very, very good way. I can’t wait for more of the Four Sons. Camden…I have you in my sights.

This is a sexy read that will have your girlie bits tingling. It may be an unconventional love story but that is what it is. A story about love.

Brock copes the only way he knows how by screwing, drinking and smoking. Everyone in his family is moving on and he wonders if he will ever be able to. He still feels so much anger, frustration and sadness after all this time. He is looking for a real and meaningful relationship.

Ethan came into Brock’s life when he needed him most and their relationship has grown ever since. He is kind and compassionate. He has wanted Brock forever.

As Brock and Ethan’s relationship blooms, they meet Camila. Each is instantly attracted and curious.

Is it possible to have a healing and forever love between three?

This is a MMF story and is a hot and spicy little romp. The intimate scenes are completely erotic and are sure to curl your toes!

I do not read many menage books. For me, they always leave me wanting. But, the sexcapades as well as the love felt between these characters won me over.

Recommended for those who (like me), like to have their cake and eat it too. This decadent story will give you everything you want and more. It is one erotic ride you don’t want to miss!

I received an ARC of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I loved this book for so many reasons.
One of them being the strong unbreaking friendship of Brock and Ethan.
What a remarkable thing to get to read and experience!
The two of them have been through so much in their lives and have lost loved ones.
So they relate on that level even though the circumstances are vastly different they still connect with each other.
Their friendship has seen them through the storms and the calm.
The bond between Brock and Ethan is so endearing and so heartwarming.
It’s like the minute they see each other an inner light within them shines so brightly it radiates to the outside of their beings for all to see!
They have always depended on each other, had each other to lean on and trust the other wholeheartedly.
So when both are attracted to the same beautiful girl,Camila,I had to wonder and worry how this will would effect their bond.
Even though Camila is so sweet and shares their love of surfing and has so much in common with them,it’s always the unknown factor that disrupts the balance of things.
A beautiful very well written book of the unconventional, the acceptance and the love of family!

Each novella gets longer and longer. I was surprised to see Brock’s book has twenty-three chapters.

This book is exactly what I thought it would be and so much more! I had no idea how the romance was going to play out but it worked well for everyone.

It is about discovering who you are, being true to yourself and owning up to your feelings. It can’t get any better than that. We know hard it is to own up to something we’ve been trying to hide or ignored for years. It takes guts to tell the world about our real self both good and bad.

This is my first book in the genre of man to man romance, menage and a three-way. So I was pretty excited when I read this book. Can’t wait for Camden’s taboo adventure and break my heart for not being the girl he’s sleeping with. (lol hahaha!)

The heat of his kiss burns me right down to my soul. I know it. I’ve always known it, but never admitted it. I’ve only ever allowed myself to think about it. I knew one of us had to make the move.
