This book offers another reason for diet failure. The culprits are sugar and white flour. Some of the concepts I find myself agreeing, but a few are unrealistic to me. I read this book before going to bed.

Brief But Salient; Sugar Is The Culprit!

Why is my Aol password so vital. The author is being inscrutable and anal. I paid to read her book and am being prevented from further information because I cannot remember my password - must be the sugar fogging my memory.

Usual diet book

Focuses on sugar consumption and the whys and hows of cutting it out completely from our lives. Easy read but information provided are the usual

Short and to the point

Very matter-of-fact. No new information really but puts the dangers of sugar right in your face. Wanna be you again? Ditch the sugar.
