A sweet novella about a trailer park called Magnolia Ridge, the owner, Jeannie who sells it, Travis, the real estate developer who buys it, and Levi, a young punkish twenty-something who causes all the trouble, but ends up helping out the new owner...in all kinds of ways!
An early story from Sanderfer, and the point of view can be a bit confusing at times, but overall a delightful, and often steamy story.
I understand that this is book one of a series. It is such an enjoyable book I can’t wait to read the rest of them. You never know what happens when buy a new property, you might just get way more then you bargained for. Lots of romance in this book. Some unfinished stories so I hope they continue in the series.
This is about multiple people coming together. And finding the love of their lives. They experience some ups and downs but have happy ever after endings.
A great story to introduce you to Magnolia Ridge. Travis and Levi are just perfect for each other. Levi gets me laughing and the banter between him and Travis are priceless. Looking forward to getting to know Trav and Levi more.
this was an interesting story.. at times i got a little confused but overall it was very well written and a lot of fun. it was rough at times.. the emotions were real and raw.. and sexy and sweet.
A delightful series, but some of the language was demeaning which lessened my enjoyment... still I have journeyed through each of these great stories. Love them.
