Interesting book, which details the problems with traditional whiteboard interviews for software developers. I think the author is correct about the problems with this approach, but I'm not sure his approach is as dramatic an improvement as he seems to believe it is.

Also interesting that he wrote this as a free ebook. It's a short, quick read, that could have been a long blog post instead. I'd be interested whether or not releasing this has been a good way to get his message out and / or promote his company.
