What a way to end a series! A feisty, beautiful sarcastic heroine and a sexy, dirty-talker, mysterious man who'll do anything to keep safe the woman he hurt in the past.
Meg has been burned by love before that's why she prefers the no-strings-attached kind now. She won't allow any man to hurt her again knowing she barely survived the last serious relationship she had. She's enjoying her single-blessedness. Remy is on a mission to protect Meg whatever the cost, he knows it's going to be a difficult job because she hasn't forgotten what he did to her. What will happen now that Remy came back and trying to explain why he hasn't contacted her for all those years. Will she listen and forgive him eventually?
Piper Westbrook never fails to amaze me how she wonderfully wrote this End Game Series. And as I've mentioned before, for a new author she wrote each story with finesse. Characters are well-defined and the plot was perfectly executed. I'm excited about what this author will write next. But for now, if you're into sports romance and more, I highly recommend this series.
