Not a proper review*:

*This is for my own reference. But you're welcome to skim through it.

1. Identify essential tasks by implementing Pareto principle.

2. Prioritize the list based on 'Need, Should, and Want'.

3. Break down bigger tasks into smaller ones.

4. Use specific and active verbs.

Example:
Contact xyz company.
Call xyz company.

5. Use Eisenhower matrix to sort out tasks based on importance.

My take:

If you were to create a to-do list, keep it concise and avoid adding too many tasks. Make sure you take sufficient breaks in-between to refresh your mind and body.
