4.5 - "There's no place I'd rather be." Stars!
A great little box-set offering up something for everyone, and really great for this time of year, because each story takes place over a different summer.

Give us a little bit of everything in relation to the tropes used too with; Leanna and Kurt, Bella and Caden, as well as Jenna and Pete, all reaching their happily ever after by totally different routes.
"Do you ever wish summer could last forever..?"
I am still relatively new to Addison Cole/Melissa Fosters writing, and this was my first foray into her Sweet with Heat offerings and not one of the stores felt any less than perfect even though the sexy-times take place behind closed doors, so if you like a little more swoon and a lot less sweat with your romance this is definitely a box-set worth checking out.
"How on earth did I get so lucky..?"
I loved the dynamic between the characters as well all three women have been friends for years, with several others as well and the stories had a real familial feel because of it, everyone crops up in each other’s stories so you get to know them all equally as each one meets their heroes individually.
Perfect summer reading, whether it be on a vacation, staycation, plane, train, cruise-ship or camel!

Ms. Cole proves that romance can be sweetly seductive with a hint of heat and an abundance of heart.
Read, Write, Love at Seaside - Warmth and light abound within an intoxicating romance. The loner and the optimist may be an odd combination, but the healing qualities they bring out in one another helps them find common ground. Simply irresistible.
Dreaming at Seaside - Life happens. It's inevitable. The pain is real, but in dwelling on the bad moments means missing out on some of the best. Ms. Cole does a beautiful job of relaying that message in Dreaming at Seaside. Caden and Bella are a reminder that despite the pitfalls, love is a rewarding experience.
Hearts at Seaside - No matter how many times I read Hearts at Seaside it continues to grab at my heart. Great characters, a beautiful story and a few lessons in life along the way. Addison Cole knows what it means to be binge worthy. She takes the most beautiful moments, adds humor and an edge of heat and makes for a highly addictive series.

This boxset of book was a perfect summer beach read that I really enjoyed.
Each book is a great light hearted, heart warming read but with still elements of steam. Each of the stories was beautiful in their own way. The characters are great and I was quickly hooked into each one from the beginning. They are well written and have a great pace. It was great to also catch up with each of the characters from the books in each story too. What also key in these books is not also the romance but the friendship too. Lots of emotional in the books and I laughed and smiled to myself throughout.
I will now carry on with the series.

Looking for a bundle of clean romances that will give you the romance, the depth, the comedy, and a bit more. Then you need to pick up this bundle read of Sweet with Heat at Seaside from Addison Cole.
Kurt and Leanna are certainly a read you want to pick up, Read, Write, Love at Seaside.
Bella and Caden are tossed in each other paths with a prank gone the wrong way in Dreaming at Seaside.
Jenna and Pete friends to lovers will take you there in a different way in Hearts at Seaside.
The characters are still rich and engaging without the added details. I did not missed the parts that are now missing. The romance still there. The passion. Still there. The great writing still there. All just aimed more toward a more innocent, sweeter crowd.
Kurt and Leanna are certainly a read you want to pick up, Read, Write, Love at Seaside.
Bella and Caden are tossed in each other paths with a prank gone the wrong way in Dreaming at Seaside.

I was looking forward to reading this book as I enjoy sweet books.
While there is no graphic sex (it’s alluded to, but we don’t actually read about it), and there wasn’t any coarse language, this is not exactly a clean read. Meaning, if you are a person of faith (or just a regular reader) who prefers not reading about a woman in her panties, you will want to skip over this series.
Leeanna is so endearing! Though she her life is chaotic and she’s completely disorganized, there is something inherently likable about her. She is real, not fake, perfect, or any of those perfect sounding women in romance novels; she’s lucky if she remembers to eat or discipline her dog!
READ, WRITE, LOVE: Kurt is so rigid, such a stick in the mud, that he absolutely NEEDED a woman like Leeanna in his life. She breaks down his walls and shows him that always adhering to a schedule and not taking the time to enjoy the sunshine is a life unlived.
And there is nothing like a cute dog to make a book that much sweeter to read.
Foster/Cole is an amazing storyteller. This series is absolute genius, not just because it's listed as a sweet read, but adding in some heat (just a tad bit over PG 13+) takes it to a whole new level without compromising the entire story.
HEARTS AT SEASIDE: I am absolutely LOVING this series by Addison Cole! First there was Leanna finding love with Kurt. Bella finding love with Caden and his surly teenage son, Evan. And now we get Jenna’s story!! I was so looking forward to this book and the next, which will be out Amy. Can’t wait!
Jenna isn’t quite the girl next door. Well, unless the girl next door has breasts so big she is constantly in danger of exposing them in whatever clothing she wears, but especially bikini bathing tops.
Jenna is spicy, a committed friend, and completely in love with the “pool man” as they refer to Pete as. Jenna becomes a whole new person when she’s around Pete, becoming shy and barely capable of forming a sentence.
Pete has a big secret, meaning his alcoholic father and many siblings. Just when you thought they’d finally agree to sort out their feelings, something else popped up.
Ms. Cole’s writing flows smoothly, keeps you interested, and is truly “sweet with heat”. While we don’t read about sex and there isn’t one cuss word. I am barely able to keep myself from jumping up and down in anticipation of the next book!

Three very sweet summer reads by an amazing author!!!
Read, Write, Love at Seaside:
Where to start with this book..... Such a sweet, loving, heart melting story!! No matter who you are you can relate to Leanna on some level, I know I can. Her confident and brave nature but underneath still a little unsure of herself. Her relationship with the girls and her relationship with Kurt will have you laughing and awwwing all at the same time. Kurt.... I want a Kurt ;) I love his caring nature and his patience with Leanna. They are the opposite if each other but perfect on so many levels. Kurt will warm your heart and fast become your book boyfriend.
Dreaming at Seaside:
This book will have you laughing from page one to the end!!! How Caden and Bella meet is hilarious, I could not stop laughing!! We met Bella in Read, Write, Love at Seaside and I could not wait to read her story as she is such a sassy character. Bella is still quite vulnerable under her outgoing, I don't care attitude and she tried to push Caden away but in the end she falls and she falls hard. Caden is instantly attracted to the sassy girl from the Seaside and he and his son Evan fall hard for her too. Bella and the girls from Seaside will have you snorting, giggling and laughing at the most inappropriate times (mine was on the bus to work and I got some funny looks I tell you ;) )
Hearts at Seaside:
Pete and Jenna are so sweet and their romance has been a long time coming. I have been rooting for them since Read, Write Love at Seaside where it was obvious they were made for each other. Pete cares for Jenna very deeply but has reservations due to certain family issues and doesn't want to bring Jenna into that but slowly but surely Jenna breaks down his walls and they fall in love. Jenna helps Pete deal with his worries and although Jenna is slightly high maintenance Pete falls for her hard and is so sweet with her...... Marshmallows anyone!!!
Highly recommended to everyone!!!

Two complete opposites drawn together. Neat, organized, writer Kurt, is taken by surprise when free spirit Leanna and her dog Pepper barrel into his life when Pepper gets stranded in the water near his house in Cape Cod. Their first interactions are a bit awkward due to their differences, but the attraction is still there and it draws them together again and again until they realize what a good fit they are! I loved reading/watching their relationship develop. Addison’s writing has a way of pulling you in and not letting go!
Addison also introduces us to Leanna’s friends Bella, Jenna, and Amy who reside in their Seaside cottages each summer. These girls are fun, supportive and will do anything to help each other. As Leanna battles with her career path, the girls and Kurt support her by helping in the areas she needs

I loved reading their story and could not stop! I was emotionally wrapped up in this book from the beginning! I also love another dose of the Seaside girls!

Sweet, organized, OCD Jenna has been lusting after Pete for years to no avail. This summer, she decides to move on. Apparently, it was just that decision that was needed to get Pete’s attention. Watching Jenna interact with Charlie, was just what Pete needed to speak up and share his feelings with Jenna. Deep down they both knew that they had been attracted to each other for a while, and just hadn’t taken the step to do something about it.
As soon as these two finally connected, there was no way to stop their connection. They worked together to navigate everything from their family issues to how to cook the perfect marshmallow. :) I truly enjoyed following them on their journey together. This was also another great opportunity to catch up with the Seaside girls!

Sweet, organized, OCD Jenna has been lusting after Pete for years to no avail. This summer, she decides to move on. Apparently, it was just that decision that was needed to get Pete’s attention. Watching Jenna interact with Charlie, was just what Pete needed to speak up and share his feelings with Jenna. Deep down they both knew that they had been attracted to each other for a while, and just hadn’t taken the step to do something about it.
As soon as these two finally connected, there was no way to stop their connection. They worked together to navigate everything from their family issues to how to cook the perfect marshmallow. :) I truly enjoyed following them on their journey together. This was also another great opportunity to catch up with the Seaside girls!

Love Addison Cole and you will LOVE the box set, what a way to get more bang for your buck and not have to wait to get the incredible stories. Here are my thoughts on the three novels - you'll fall in love with the Seaside Gang!
READ, WRITE, LOVE AT SEASIDE
Kurt and Leanna are the definition of opposites attract and you will find yourself rooting for their romance. Leanna is a bit of a free spirit looking to find her way and Kurt is a world-renowned neat, organized author. Throughout the sweet story read how they balance and learn from each other and realize how they both enrich each others lives. Also, you get to learn some of the personalities of the other Seaside girls and I cannot wait to hear more of their stories. Another great part of this story is it is sweet and has less explicit sexual scenes, if that isn't your thing then Addison Cole has your back - you will get a really amazing story and not have to read any of that and the story does not even need it!
Oh, and my favorite character in the whole story is Pepper - and I think you will love Pepper too!
Love this beginning of the Seaside series by Addison Cole and I cannot wait for the next installments!

I really enjoyed reading this series. Definitely 5 stars!!! This is the first three books in Addison Cole's Seaside Summers series all boxed up into one. Go get it!!!

This year Leanna has been making jams and jellies, selling them at the flea market, and she’s decided to make this her career. Kurt and Leanna are an unlikely pair, but they meet and fall in love. They learn to compromise and they learn to adjust. This is a fun story, with lots of story and lots of sweet (think jams and jellies!). I really enjoyed this romance for the story and the depth of characters. I also enjoyed the innuendo without the explicitness. Who knew!?!?!

I adored this book! Kurt & Leanna's love story is so sweet and genuine; you can't help but to fall in love with them.
They are just so real, so honest and just so dang lovable. I couldn't get enough of them. Leanna's friends are also a hoot. Thank goodness for Pepper, Leanna's labradoodle as they may not have met without Kurt having to jump into the ocean to save him.
As a huge romance lover, I have to say that every now and then it is nice to read a romance that isn't buried beneath a lot of sex. It is implied in this book, just not described. Yet the chemistry between Kurt & Leanna is just as hot.

What is there not to love about this book? Nothing! Bella & Caden are a fantastic couple who are absolutely the perfect complement to each other. Their story has all of the pieces and parts that make for a great romance. Addison Cole knows how to write a sweet story with all the intensity, heat and passion but minus the descriptive sex in case that's not your thing. It is most definitely still a sexy read though.
Bella is a strong, funny wonderful heroine and Caden is just, well, Caden. He is a sweet, strong, alpha, protective policeman and a great dad to his 15 year old son Evan who he has raised himself.
Bella's friends who we met in Read, Write, Love at Seaside, are back and of course are up to some of their fun antics as usual. I love this group of people so much and can't wait to watch each one of them find their HEA.

Jenna is so sweet and funny and has been in love with Pete for so long but she has decided that she will finally get over him since they seem 100% stuck in the friend zone.
Pete is also sweet and just such a nice guy and has been feeling the same way about Jenna but does not get that feeling from her (she acts very strangely around him completely different from her personality). But there is no way he can simply sit back and watch her date other men so something has to give.
Watch the sizzling chemistry when these two finally figure things out; it’s just wonderful!

Read, Write, Love at Seaside
I loved this book. There was so much fun and entertainment on every page. I quickly fell in love with the Seaside girls...they are fun loving and charismatic and ban together for all the action, they are each other's support system. In comes a brooding writer and..well we fall in love with him pretty quickly too. His whole world is turned upside down as opposites attract in the best of ways. Leanna can't seem to figure out her life plan and Kurt is anything but living life one moment at a time...he's got all his ducks in a row. When the two come together in an effort to save Pepper never could they have imagined how life would change in an instant. I couldn't put the book down I really enjoyed every last moment. Can't wait for more Seaside romances.

Oh how I love this book. It's fun loving nature and quirky moments are great. Bella is a charismatic gal with a goal to figure out how to make life work at the Cape. When she meets Caden she's stunned into silence they quickly find that they are drawn to eachother so smoothly. No matter how much she swears off men, she can't stay away. No matter what trickery she finds herself in, Caden looks the other way and falls helplessly for his carefree lady. Together they bring a fun summer romance book to life and we add to the Seaside Community. Love love love this series.

When you've put all your eggs in one basket and nothing seems to come of it, drastic measures are taken...at least in Jenna's case she's justified this. Little does she realize the internal war Pete has going on when it comes to her. This Alpha hottie has it bad but denies it every way he can until it's no use. This book brought just enough heat and raw emotion that I didn't want to put it down. The girls are funny and never fail to entertain. I'm loving these Seaside ladies for sure!

Read, Write, Love at Seaside
After reading this book, I want to move to the Cape and become part of Leanna's group of fun friends. I also have to wonder if there might be another man around there like Kurt. He is such a wonderful, sexy man. Their relationship is such a sweet romance. It is very flirty, with just a little heat, that makes our imagination go wild. I loved this book. It was such a fun, but oh, so romantic story.

I really loved this book. I love single dads. I love sexy, hunky, policemen. I love the crazy ladies and men of Seaside. I love books written by Addison Cole. This book is a win-win-win-win. After teaching middle school for 30 years, I loved having Caden's son, Evan, in this book. It is rare to have a teenaged son in a romance, but he added so much emotion to the story. The ladies and men from Seaside are very entertaining, and will bring lots of laughter to the book. The way that Caden meets Bella for the first time had me laughing so hard, and this is at the beginning. I really want to move to Seaside and join them, but since that can't happen I will be planning to read every book in this series. Then, there is the author, Addison Cole. She can really write. This book has just the right amount of sweet with heat. She had me so pulled into the story, I cried for the last 20% of the book. Some were happy and some were sad, but all were worth it.

This is romance at its best. The seaside girls are back. They are such an enjoyable group. They always make me wish that I could spend rhe summer with them. Jenna has wanted Pete for so long, but has been friend zoned by him, until he becomes jealous of her being with another man. There is definitely more to Pete than originally thought. This book has lots of laughter, mixed in with seriousness and "sweet with heat". It has the romance and passion, but without the steamy, love scenes. Addison Cole has written a wonderful friends to lovers story with this book that pulls you right into it, and you don't want to leave it.

This is a set of previously published books in the author’s Seaside Summers series. If you’ve missed this author’s work in the Sweet With Heat series this is a great way to get introduced. It’s a set where you get the first three books in this magnificent series. I fell in love with these friends immediately.
Yes, I’ve read the first book. Yes, I’ve read the third book. But sadly I never got the chance to read the second book. I thank the author for giving me the chance to correct that. If you already have the books, there’s no need to get this set but how about as a gift to a friend who has never been introduced to either this author or her characters. Maybe you’ve read the work by Melissa Foster but not her alter ego; this would be a way to correct that.
Our author’s books get me to relax almost immediately. I’m just a few hours away from Wellfleet and every time I pick up one of these books, I want to be on that beach reading these books taking peeks every once in a while in case I ever see someone that may have made an appearance as a character. I want to be one of those people sitting around a beach bonfire having s’mores and listening to all the fantastic tales these characters could tell about each other. It also has me sad because summer will be over too quickly. Good news is that I can pick up this series and be back down on that beach having a great time with some fictional friends.

Can you say LOVE?? I love that Addison Coles Sweet with a bit of Heat books are available as a box set. She is one of my favorite authors. I’ve read the HOT version of these books too and I enjoy the sweet versions just as much.
In Read, Write, Love at Seaside you meet Pepper. The loving dog that belongs to Leanna. Leanna meets Kurt because of Pepper. Kurt jumped into the water to rescue Pepper and we can say the rest is history from here. A romance is born. Kurt and Leanna are perfect for each other. As they say opposites attract. Kurt is a famous author who writes trillers/mysteries and is a planner, neat as a pin and very organized. Leanna owner of Leanna’s Jellys is the exact opposite. She does everything on a whim, messy galore and so unorganized. This along with the rest of the Seaside group is the making of a perfect book.
Dreaming at Seaside tells the story of Bella and Caden and of course Caden’s teenage computer whiz kid son Evan. Caden is a police officer in Wellfleet, Mass. Bella, our prank loving Seaside girl, is the perfect match for Caden. Bella is a teacher who is deciding what her next step in life will be. There are twist and turns for this couple to find their Happy Ever After!

I’ve read 2 of the three books in this set, and reviewed them on their own, but wanted to chime in for my love of this great series!
Read, Write, Love at Seaside: Sweet, disorganized, jam-making Leanna Bray meets her complete opposite in seriously intense novelist Kurt Remington thanks to her playful, mischievous, wet dog, Pepper.
What follows is a sweet and romantic, not-quite-but-almost love at first site story set under the summer sun along the shores of Cape Cod. Leanna pulls Kurt out of his rigid schedule for fun and companionship that was missing from his life, but didn't interfere with his writing. Kurt slowly includes Leanna...and Pepper, as well as her Seaside girlfriends, into his world with a settling influence on her that still lets get free spirit fly.
With just enough heat to keep things interesting, this nevertheless hot romance keeps the sexy times private but the love on full blast. When conflict arrives, it's dealt with quickly, lovingly and respectfully...as a well written romance should! I'll be sharing this one with my friends, especially those who aren't normally romance readers. I think Read, Write, Love at Seaside may just convert some of them!

Is it possible to give a book zero stars???
I made it half way through the second book when I said no more. This three book series is so terrible that I stop reading it several times. I’ll tell you why in hopes of saving another reader’s eyes and time. The maturity level of these books is that of a 13 year old. These books are so repetitive I don’t even know where to begin. This author unnecessary need to describe what every character wore or how they acted and why they were who they were bore me half to death and made me roll my eyes. I felt like I was reading about dumb adolescent girls except with no class and/or reservation. Granted I’m no prude but how can you know something or someone is missing from your life when you just met the guy a day ago and your getting naked or traipsing around in cami and underwear. Just no!!! Or I don’t know move in with him after only knowing him two weeks and saying I love you. Then there’s the touching when they have just met. Not to mention when she describes their kissing. Like it such a good kiss that it’s “hip grinding, moan inducing, weak knee, and the best kiss of your life all in one sentence. Oh and let’s have sex a few days after we met. Then the men in this were so bland that I felt like I was reading a monotone monologue. And why at every turn does the author feel the need to mention that Jenna has big boobs’ and she needs to adjust them. Like who cares ? No one that’s who. Thank goodness it was free.

The gang is back for another summer at Seaside, where the summer is hoy, but the guys are hotter.
Bella is the rule breaker, strong willed and self-sufficient. Caden is a police officer. Who lives by the rules. But will doing that have him miss out on the love of a lifetime.

Their mutual attraction for each plus Caden's teenage son bring them have brought them even closer.
Family is a central theme in this this story. Whether that family is by blood or friendship.

Read, Write, Love at Seaside
Wow! What a great story of finding your missing piece! Leanna and Kurt were pure magic together. They had such a pure, unconditional love between them. Theirs was a beautiful journey to their happy ending. They angst was small in the grand scheme of things, but heartwarming at the resolution. And I loved meeting the Seaside girls. They were fabulous together, encouraging, brutally honest, hilarious in their talks - beautiful friendships!

From the risque moment they met to the end of their story, Bella and Caden were amazing. I loved their story and the way they meshed so well into each other's lives. I enjoyed Bell's fun times and drawing Caden into them. I loved Caden's overprotective responsibility towards his son and how he was raising him. But most, I loved how Bella was so accepting of Caden's relationship with his son and fell in love with Evan too.
In this book, like the first one, there is no shortage of funny scenes with their crazy Seaside friends. There is never a dull moment and a great place to live knowing someone always has your back.

When reading the blurb for this box set, I wanted to read Hearts at Seaside first, but I ended up saving it for last and in the order of the series. I am glad I did because it is my favorite of this set. I totally enjoyed Pete's reaction to seeing Jenna trying to move on from him. He was hilarious to read at those times. But it was such a beautiful wake up call for him to realize how he felt about and want to pursue Jenna. There are so many cute and loving moments between Jenna and Pete. I loved how they had a strong friendship first and really knew the other person. And then their support of one another in struggles with their parents was simply touching.
I am thankful to have read this boxed set. I feel that the series only gets better with each story and character added. The girls' friendship only gets stronger and funnier with each book. I cannot wait to read more from this series. I received this book in exchange for an honest review from the publisher through Netgalley.

I love that I can get Addison Cole’s Sweet with Heat Boxed set to binge read.

Read, Write Love Is an amazing story of two complete opposite people who meet because of a fun loving dog who doesn't know how to listen to Leanne and gets them both in deep water. I was completely captivated by the story line (sweet with heat) and the chemistry between Kurt and Leanne.
Dreaming of Seaside is such a sweet romantic story. Bella is fun, mischievous and full of life and she falls for Caden the town cop in a classic Bella setting. Great story of a single dad who tries to figure out how to have the life and love he wants without sacrificing his life with his son Evan.

Addicting
These first three books are amazing & so addicting. It took me just give days to read all three because I had a hard time putting them down. I fell in love with the characters. I laughed & cried. It was like I was right there in the stories watching everything unfold. I love the HEA too. I know there's ten books in all, I just wished the rest were free like these were so I could find out what happens in the rest of the friend's lives. I really love all the detail in the stories too. Once you read them, it's like you know each & every one of this group of friends. I would definitely recommend these books to anyone who loves a good funny, heart touching romance. I'll definitely be keeping these in my library to read again in the near future. Hopefully, some of the others will be free sometime so I'll have those too. Awesome books💖💖💖

Although I purchased each of these separately, trust me that this is an incredible box set! These first three installments in Addison Cole's Sweet with Heat series are romantic, hilarious, sweet, sexy, and completely addictive! This was a great trio to read during the cold winter months. My first books that I read by Addison Cole. I loved the camraderie between Leanna, Bella, Jenna and Amy. The fact they all knew each other for most of their lives due to the vacation homes their families visited during the summers. And as adults, they continued to go back each summer and enjoy life and shenanigans. I could only be so lucky to have friends like this. These summers sound like a dream. Of course there were some family issues (it can't be all fun and games). And then bring in cute muscular men who end up falling in love. What fun! All 3 books were about one of the girls falling in love, though I guess I will have to read #4 to see about Amy's story.

3 amazing books! I love boxset especially from the same author and the same settiing. In these books we get to meet 3 couples each with a great story.Kurt and Leanna are like fire and ice, Kurt is the calm in leanna chaos of jam making. Both have great careers and it gives you hope that oppoaites do attract.
Bella the messer and Caden the police officer are a fantastic couple we get to see tthe loving side of bella with cadens son. And then we have jeanna and pete. Jeanna has loved pete from a distance while balances his family life with his work. In this we see how much a couple can give each other strength. Very easy reading
