I am an avid reader and enjoy writing. I am a wife and mother of two daughters. I fell in love writing poems and found my path to becoming a writer of Contemporary/Paranormal Adult Romance.

I have always been a huge fan of Vampires and Werewolves! Yes I am a Twilight Fan!

I love music & dancing! Alternative music is my favorite - 12 Stones, Daughtry, Skillett, & Three Days Grace are just a few...

I enjoy learning the in's and out's of the Indie Author world and am grateful for the Authors that I have met and can say are now my friends.

I started out with Blogging and assisting authors with promoting their books. I love supporting other Authors and bloggers and will do what I can to help.

I look forward to publishing many more books and hope the readers enjoy just as much!

I received a copy of the ARC from Goodreads, Lovers of Paranormal, in exchange for an honest review.

Broken has believable characters in a realistic setting. Within its pages is a story, a story about pain, love, and growth that's worth telling. But it's buried in heavy internal dialogue, sections of unnatural-sounding dialogue, and events told from two perspectives. To be fair, the use of alternating chapters to show the viewpoint of the protagonist vs. the male lead was interesting and worked in places. It also really slowed the action.

I very much liked that the paranormal elements weren't typical, and not what I expected. The sex scenes were fun too.

The author has talent, and I look forward to seeing how his/her writing grows.

Skyla is a very interesting character, different form all the others in the book.....Because of her violet coloured eyes she can sense emotions from the other people..Cam is the new guy in town but something different also he knows that Skyla is hershelf different and wnats to approach her, nut he is afraid of her reaction

There was an interesting plot and the characters were clever but the writing of the book was not so strong and inconsistent, several details that could be in this book and helping the reader to understand better were missing...The author-for me- didn't explain her ideas further as to give a more professional style....But I am sure that with her good ideas she will be able to develop her skills into ones of a professional

I was given this book by the author via Lovers of Paranormal in exchange for an honest review.

There were some very nice ideas brought into this story. Skyla had some interesting quirks and violet coloured eyes along with the ability to sense other's emotions. I liked Cam and his inner narrative was clear.

Unfortunately the style of writing didn't really appeal to me and felt naive and inconsistent. I was left feeling that it didn’t all come together at the end. I tend to be a stickler for details and personally, for me, too many were left hanging.

This was a good effort for a first book and I'm sure the author will continue to develop her skills and fill in the gaps.

Broken is a story of a loner girl who really needs to find herself and peace in her life. People have been nothing but heart ache for her. Until she meets, Cam. This is a good story of love the quickly grows and is a great start to what could be a supernatural series. This is Lee’s first novel, and I feel she did a great job for her first book. I am hoping to find a second book to follow up Broken to see where Skyla and Cam’s story takes us.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review (LoP or Lovers of Paranormal)

So I got this book as an ARC through a group that I am in. I am all about getting to know new authors and exposing the unknown ones. I want to preface my whole review with the statement "I really wanted to like this book."

I think the characters are good on their own, if you were not relating them to the book. I think that the author has a good idea with this story, but the execution was all wrong. It felt like stream of conscience but again it fell short.

The author jumped around so much that I had a hard time following the character's thought process. It jumped around far too much and it was even worse with how sometimes it was present thought, then it would slip into past tense and jump ahead to future. I think that the author could have a great book once the issues are dealt with.

I am all for books written in the first person and I am all for giving us the perspective of different characters. It just needs to be executed differently.

If the author decides to rework this book, I would love to read it again.

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review by Lovers of Paranormal. I’m not sure I would classify this book as paranormal. Skyla is empathic and has violet eyes. She complains endlessly about being different but at the same time wants everyone else to accept that she’s different. Cam is her soul mate. Her father told him so before he died unexpectedly. For some reason he never told Cam where they live or brought him home to meet her. Through a very long drawn out process of every scene being examined from her then his perspective they finally get together. Cut out all the duplicate sentences of her/his feelings and you can cut the book by at least 25%. If you like ‘When Harry Met Sally’ you will probably like this, if not pass on the snooze fest. There is no storyline, rising or falling action, just a lot of dialog.

** I received this book in exchange for an honest review. Lovers of Paranormal, LoP**

'Broken' completely took me by surprise. For this being Stace Lee's very first book, she nailed it. I loved the storyline. It held such passion and emotion that once I started reading it, I could not put it down. Sky is a great lead. The way she blossomed as the story unfolded was awesome. Quick witted and sarcastic, a great combo. Cam was also great character. Well written. This paranormal romance is a great add to your tbr list. Definitely recommended.

I received this ARC from lovers of paranormal in exchange for an honest review.

Where do I start. I gave this book a very generous 1.5 Stars. I just didn't like it. I didn't like the way that the characters played out. I didn't like the plot or how the story was actually written. It just felt extremely juvenile to me. There was not enough story to actually go with this book, just a lot of pointless dialog that is more high school based then anything else. Not even real conversations. This needs a major overhaul.

I'm really sorry to be so negative about it, but these are my thoughts.

Broken by Stace Lee is a very interesting novel that not only has romantic overtones but also has a running supernatural theme which twists in very nicely within the main plot. The main plot is really good and I truly enjoyed it, although it did seem to take sometime to get started with the "getting to know you" phase lasting nearly 80% of the novel. The final problematic part seemed short but to the point and some of the supernatural plot lines were not fully explained nor explored as far as it could have as the novel had much more potential which would have turned this good novel into a brilliant one. As far as first novels go, Stace Lee has had a brilliant original idea that is well written, flows well, holds your interest and definitely worth a read.

Skyla is a young girl who has felt the loss of her father deeply, with her mother hardly interested in her and no other support Skylar retreats into herself shunning people away and only finding solace in music. But there is something that this beautiful but violet eyed girl is hiding, she can feel other's emotions. Most of the time it is their negative emotions that effect her the most leading her to be in pain and physically ill. Unable to deal with people around her let alone close she has no friends or a boyfriend. Everyone around her mocks her eyes calling her a freak and just this simple difference, let alone her emotional well being takes its toll on her, combined with the loss of her father, Skylar feels.......Broken

Cam is always in physical pain within and after the death of his friend, who has told him about his perfect match- his soul mate, he goes off the rails instead of doing what he should......going to find her as her father asked him to. All he knows is her name....Skylar, but not where she is, he knows that she is the perfect other half of himself and that in order to no longer be in pain he has to find her. After years of giving into his grief and disbelief of all he knows he decides to go in search of her, feeling guilty that he had not looked for her sooner and that if anything should of happened to her he could not forgive himself. Losing himself in his music he gets on his bike and hits the road.

Will he be able to find her in time to stop outside emotions from overtaking her mind?

Will Skylar be able to trust Cam and see him for who he is and what he can offer her?

Together can they become whole.........UnBroken......?

A 4**** Star Novel based on the originality and potential in the storyline Stace Lee has given us :)

Sky and Cam
Sky has always been "different"- the freak with the Violet eyes. Her father was always the one to make her feel better. That is until the day he died. She was now not only alone, but broken. The only thing that helps keep her and her emotions grounded, is music. Until Cam shows up.

Are they destined to be together? Can they truly be soulmates? Will they survive all that will be done? How does he know everything he knows? Will the truth scare her away?

This is Stace Lee first novel, and she did an excellent job with it! I loved it! First off the storyline is intriguing and I loved Can an Sky! The set up of dual POV alternating chapters was awesome! I am looking forward to reading much more from Stace!

This was definitely a Romance story with a twist of Paranormal!
I really liked the characters and how the story came together at the end.
Do you love music? I love when music is in books. I find new songs and it brings out the emotion.

Looking forward to the next book in the series!
