Malorie Cooper likes to think of herself as a dreamer and a wanderer, yet her feet are firmly grounded in reality.

A ‘maker’ from an early age, Malorie loves to craft things, from furniture, to cosplay costumes, to a well-spun tale, she can’t help but to create new things every day.

A rare extrovert writer, she loves to hang out with readers and people in general. If you meet her at a convention, she just might be rocking a catsuit, cosplaying one of her own characters, or maybe her latest favorite from Overwatch!

She shares her home with a brilliant young girl, her wonderful wife (who also writes), a cat that chirps at birds, a never-ending list of things she would like to build, and ideas…

Author M.D. Cooper brings us he next tale in Rika;s adventure. This time Rika is after her former second in command who betrayed her and took a group of her mechs to the capital planet of their old government. Rika follows them and along the way as they're coming out of the dark layer they run into one of the species that lives there. Rika then takes what remains of her ship and sends it at the Nites who are sending asteroids to destroy the planet and the orbiting station. While this is going on Rika leans that the AI Niki is thousands of years old but is just as stubborn as she is. This is a great book in the Rika's Marauders series and I'm looking forward to reading the next and final book. I highly recommend this book to all science fiction fans.

Loved it

Rika's Mechs do it again. I'm not usually one for split perspectives, going from one character to another but it's done well in this book. Rika and company get out into an impossible situation and like always somehow manage to get out of it. I'm kinda sad the next book is the end of the Rika's mauraders series but all good things end eventually. I await the next book eagerly.

Another great book, as Rika cements herself as my second favourite character after Tanis in the Aeon14 universe. Good amount of action and tension in this book, with a couple of unexpected surprises along the way. We really see how Rika is not only forming a good idea of who she is and how she wants to act, but also how this is starting to spread to her Marauders as well.

Rika unleashing hell

I really enjoyed reading this and seeing Rika loving up to to the saying No One Gets Left Behind. The Marauders do a lot of KATN setting up for the next book rather njcely.

Yet another great read in the adventures of Rika and the rest of the Marauders. This time she catches up with the AWOL Lt Col Alice and the five mechs she tricked in going with her. But there is a few surprises along the way for then as well. Looking forward to ready the next book.

Risk kick butt and takes names.

Another great book in the continued Rika storyline. Fast paced and action packed with a great character development. A pleasure to read. Looking forward to the next installment.

Wow

Rika is taken and the marauders are out to find her. What is Alice doing. You will have to read it to find out.

Yes

The Rika books never disappoints. Non stop fun with a bunch of random jokes thrown in at inappropriate times like it would be in the military.

Enjoyed this series very much to the point that instead of continuing on with the series from this point. I decided to start from the very beginning. And read Proteas Bridge next.
