Growing up with anxiety is hard and nowadays the surface of the stigma is just being scratched. I feel like people should not feel alone. From my childhood to my uterus exploding while having a C-section, I talk about my anxiety with humour and complete transparency. I try to incorporate funny stories about terrible situations. It may resonate and it may not. I may be the only one who has had to pull over and crap In the woods. Or I may be the only one who has a kid we can call the uterbomber. But, I may not. So enjoy a book about mental illness from someone who actually has it.
