Vincent Drake’s life had turned a complete 180. Growing up from one foster home to the next, he barely had a penny to his name, and then suddenly he had four new brothers and a grandfather sharing a part of his blood and name. Now his skills honed back in the military will be exchanged for business management. But things were coming up roses too much and too fast, and Vincent’s not sure if this is the life he wants. As he moves into town, he must decide if he really wants to be in a family he’s only dreamed about, or if he’s better off with the life he’s grown accustomed to before. Faith Lockhart doesn’t remember a day she’s stepped out of her apartment beside getting groceries and her mail. The trauma of her past and the death of her parents have pushed her to a life of solitude, never leaving unless she absolutely has to. Everything changes when her old apartment starts to fall apart, sending her straight into her hot new neighbor’s arms for help. The ex-soldier who just moved in next door reluctantly plays Mr. Fix-it, and soon, he was fixing his way into her life. As Vincent coaxes Faith out of her shell, she teaches him what’s truly valuable in life, and soon their bond becomes too electric to ignore. But while the spark between them grows, a danger she thought she had escaped from emerges and threatens to ruin them. Can Vincent and Faith withstand whatever comes between them? Or will each other’s past be the catalyst that destroys them? ***Exposed is a standalone billionaire romance with a guaranteed happily ever after. If you love hot sexy alphas, strong independent women, action, adventure, suspense, and romance, this is for you! Told in two POV’s.

Exposed - a review by Rosemary Kenny

The victim of 'exposure' is Faith Richardson, whose new next-door neighbour turns out to be none other than our sexy hero, Vincent Drake. Faith and Vincent's intertwined story themes are in two person narrative which helps keep it clear in the reader's mind who's the protagonist in the current scene. The change in Faith's circumstances from near-recluse, (following a traumatic escape from her parents' murderer in childhood) to reluctant applicant for help, is due to her ancient apartment's near collapse.

What is unusual about Vincent's childhood? Who are his newly-discovered relations?
How do they feel about Vincent's appearance in their comfortable lives?
What happens between Faith and Vincent after his rescue?
Can she and Vincent accept the new family's involvement in their lives?

As it turns out Faith - and now Vincent and his family - are in danger from Faith's past adversaries, Vincent must put aside any doubts he has about his new brothers and revive his
alliance with his brother's Delta Force Security firm if he's to save Faith and his sister-in-law from a dreadful fate that would mean losing Faith forever!

Kayla Myles' second adventure in the Scandalous Billionaires series never pauses for breath for a single moment, as thrilling fight scenes and romantic interludes mesh together with family loyalties discovered and happiness regained, in another winner for the Queen of Red-Hot Romance!
I voluntarily read and (honestly, as always), reviewed an advance copy of this book.

Kayla’s writing grips you from the start and takes you on thrilling journey of discovery. Vincent and Faith both discover that their pasts do not exclude them from a future filled with love and family. Vincent grew up in foster homes, only to find out as an adult that he has a family he never knew about. He believes that his family would be disgusted by his past, including what he did as a member of Delta Force. Faith witnessed the murder of her parents, and has lived the life of a recluse ever since. When a dangerous spectre from the past surfaces, Vincent and Faith must both overcome their feelings of guilt and unworthiness and fight to have a life together. You won’t regret adding this book to your collection.

I received an ARC of this book in return for an honest review.

I liked this 3rd book in the series. We find out more about the lost brother Vincent and meet his girlfriend Faith. I recommend reading the other books in this series for the background on these brothers but it's not necessary in order to read this story. I received an advance copy from the author and this is my honest and voluntary review.

FORGIVENESS BEGINS WITH YOURSELF

Another one of Kayla’s wonderful books. I loved the way Vincent was portrayed and the valor of Faith. An example of how far a person will go for the sake of love and desire.

Awesome read.

This is my favourite brother so far. Although I am eager to read River's story.

Vincent and Faith meet, when her place is flooded and she has no place to go. So he let's her stay with him.

Faith is shy and somewhat socially backward. Having experienced tragedy she is alone with no family or friends she is agrophobic.

Vincent still feels like an outsider with his new family, he is unsure where or if he fits in.

Helping Faith with her issues and new experiences,Vince finds Faith is helping him more than she knows.

Whilst Vince is helping Faith he unwittingly exposes her to the very people she has been hiding unknowingly from.

Faith is too cute and just what Vincent needed.

Vincent was what Faith needed to find her voice.Add in danger lurking around the corner. Makes this compelling reading. A MUST READ
