The topic is separated into 4 sections: Physical Health, Mental Health, Social Health and Spiritual Health. It covers the topic well and I'm glad it emphasized the student's relationship with God at the end.

Great for my school curriculum, but i wouldn't read this for fun. It does have a great christian perspective however and it is very motivating for living a healthy lifestyle.
