Deadly Lessons is a finalist in the 2018 Silver Falchion Reader's Choice Award. This is book 2 in the "Deadly Series. "Could Dr. Charlene "Charlie" Stone possibly encounter a worse foe than the Huntress? To my surprise I was able to write a villain that you will love to hate. The moment you think the Trainer (the antagonist) does his worst, he'll surprise you.
As much as you will despise the Trainer, you will learn to love the depths of compassion in the protagonist, Charlie Stone, as she helps Rose Mayard struggle to enter the light and to find the courage she always possessed.
If you enjoyed Ryan Roberts aka "Detective Hottie," then you will enjoy the progression of his relationship with Charlie. Who knows, he may have some competition. :)
Guess what? This crime thriller has a tad of the paranormal sprinkled through the plot. Check out chapter two.
For those who need to know, the third book in the series is DEADLY OBSESSION, and it will be released by Thunderchild Publishing in early 2019. Sorry for the delay. I'm writing this and the "Hot Flash" series and a new paranormal cozy at the same time.
