First of all, distributed teams in the book are teams which are located in different countries, but each team is co-located: there are never examples of fully distributed companies.
Also, the book is full of references to other books from the several authors of it: it looks more like an ad for the authors. Ad which I've paid.
Finally, I bought it in the Kindle format, but it's full of links which require me to open a browser to get better information.
