Silver Montague is in hiding and just wants to be left alone. He bought a dilapidated farmhouse on the outskirts of Howling Cavern, and uses the land to make a living. But all that changes when Declan shows up, accusing Silver of funding the militia. Silver has no clue what Declan is talking about, but becomes frightened when Declan bites him and pushes his way into Silver's life. But danger turns into passion as Declan shows Silver what having a family is truly about. Declan didn't mean to scare Silver, but his wolf had taken over, and now Declan must smooth things over with the little human. But Declan soon discovers Silver isn't fully human, and must protect his mate from the danger Silver is running from while trying to figure out exactly what Silver is. He's got his job cut out for him when a stranger comes to town, his powers immense, and his sights set on Silver.
[Siren The Lynn Hagen ManLove Alternative Paranormal Romantic Suspense Romance, M/M, shape-shifter, werewolves, HEA]
Lynn Hagen loves writing about the somewhat flawed, but lovable. She also loves a hero who can see past all the rough edges to find the shining diamond of a beautiful heart.
You can find her on any given day curled up with her laptop and a cup of hot java, letting the next set of characters tell their story.
Rating: 4 stars I liked this story way more than I did the previous one. Declan who came across as a bit unlikable in Jesse’s book was way more likable and relatable in this one. I loved how he treated Silver his mate. The story itself was way more interesting. I’m still waiting for some explanation of where the feeders come from. Hopefully we’ll get more information in the next installment.
I really hope that this isn't the author's last book in the series considering the fact that this book had such a compelling ending, and it's simply a very unique series. Declan (wolf) had found his mate (only half human), Silver, and many riveting events happen from there. Charlie, Silver's dog was also a cute little character, as well as the other mates. I love how he truly gets along with Felix, and Kenny. They're all so adorable, and super thanks to the author for no mad scientists in the story this time (at least for now, I guess). The militia wasn't exactly an exceptionally little merry crowd either, so I'm basically hoping that they will be eradicated soon. I love the progressive pace of the storyline along with all of the characters that Lynn Hagen has created. Oh, and I enjoy the feeder aspect of the story, because they're totally a creepy, paranormal bunch (threat), which is creative and essentially enthralling to me. =)
Idk this one kind of lost me! With the prior couples at least there was some more buildup into the romance if you would? Maybe I’m just not a fan of Declan’s character?? Also the whole fae thing REALLY threw me for a loop lmao like what?? I’m still invested but this was probably my least favorite book from the series thus far...

Declan has been my favourite Howling Cavern wolf since the first book (yes, even when he was all angry with Jesse and doubting his leadership, I loved him!), and his story just came to prove that I WAS RIGHT! He's the most amazing mate and Silver is a perfect mate for him. I loved their story, it could have had another 100 pages more!
4.5 alch es uno de los que más me gusto de la saga y el final ese plot que nos da para el siguiente libro que no existe pero ojala algún día, me encantaron los personajes y ya está demasiado loco esto como para abandonarlo, voy a extrañar a los chicos :c
