I think this was the only pregnancy trope I was okay with because it was just thrown in as a plot twist. The building of Severus/Hermione's relationship and how it turned into something more. That being said, the constant pov jumps and slight time jumps made it super hard to follow and threw the pacing way off. This could use some fine tuning.

I read CeleryThesis' Over Tide and Time. Really liked the slow progression of their friendship, the epistolary chapters, the references to the war but without that being the main focus of the book. In the later chapters, I liked seeing all the reforms Hermione was involved in, but I felt that the bantering magic from the first half was missing.
