If you are Catholic, as I am, then you know that we frequently call on Saints (St. Antony for me, and often!) to comfort, help or protect us. Catholics are more involved in the lives of the saints than possibly any other religion. So if you are looking for an informative yet light read that is modern and factual despite not being overly serious, I would recommend the second book in this series, "Heaven Help Us: The Worrier's Guide to the Patron Saints" by Clare & Lisa La Plante. For specific issues, and I mean specific, this book is still and interesting and good read. Especially if you are desparate in the love department, and believe the saints can help you.
