Stein looks at leadership abilities with a different point of view than most other books I have read recently. Many of the ideas were amazing and practical at the same time and almost every idea was one that made sense that I just hadn't been seeing. Recommended read for those in leadership or those just wanting to build their leadership abilities.

When I took this book off the shelf, I was expecting it to be light on helpful information. I was wrong: just one hack has transformed the way I handle emails, allowing me to get on top of them for the first time in two years. I recommend it to all business leaders.

Worth a listen. I took away some things about how to get the most out of meetings and how to be coached through tasks being delegated to me

Is being sure you know how to use zoom before holding a zoom meeting a hack or common sense?

None of these get like hacks. Rather strategies to apply. Some sound applicable rest are seem more for C suite execs only

It's definitely practical, which is what I was looking for. The hybrid work piece was very self explanatory though, I won't be changing any of my practices after reading this book.
