A terrific book to give to someone to inspire them to do more and be more, to give 100% to everything you do in business, work and life, to constantly learn, get out of your comfort zone and to live life to the fullest.
Thoroughly enjoyed reading about Mick Spencer’s journey of growing OTG to what it is today. I’d never previously heard of the company and was very inspired that someone who has been dealt so many setbacks has hit back at life harder than most people who are born into opportunity. The book covers numerous topics about how to deal with growth, adversity, stoic philosophy, mindset, setting up your life for success, faking it until you make it etc. It’s a great beginner book to introduce people young and old to the ways to get ahead and a competitive advantage with the right attitude, hard work and street smarts.

A real page-turner!
You know how, although you've grown the muscle, you still need to keep doing the reps to maintain them, this book is those reps to refresh your will and methods to becoming an entrepreneur.
As a perfectionist, the title of this book also grabbed my attention, and I wish it had talked more to address it. We will never be ready, including those who have already started and got to where they wanted to be. They figure it out along the way.
There were not much new ideas that you can't find in other entrepreneur books but this one is just so easy to follow that I easily finished in one go.

I think this book makes an important contribution to entrepreneurship. It boosts confidence to start a business without any inhibitions, believing in yourself that you can do it. and I believe they have accomplished this aim in a very convincing way.
