This book helped me change my view of my job as an intelligence leader. As intelligence analysts we have a tendency to want to be the uber-analyst instead of the manager of analysts. It also encouraged me to stop and understand when the writing is good enough. All analysts could edit and rephrase and change papers all day long, but at some point, the work has to be "good enough."
