Eve and Ryan have been a music duo ever since they were little. Eve's voice contrasts with Ryan's creative and edgy musical style, making them a perfect pairing. They decide to audition for The Right Note, a reality music competition, hoping to get their big break. But when the show starts and they are forced to compete against each other, their relationship is tested and they begin to question their musical skills. Will either of them be strong enough musicians to compete on their own? And will they still be a duo at the end of the show?
I thought that this book was good. My favorite characters were Eve and Ryan I like their competitiveness between each other. This book's writing style I feel like it could have been a little more structured in some parts. My favorite event in this book is when they're really coming down to see if Ryan or Eve was going to claim victory. The book was quick and slow at some parts but still kept a flow. This book reminds me of some shows I watched in the past so there's some nostalgia for it. I also like it because i'm also trying to play an instrument.

Saw this on a ebook site and thought that it looked okay. I started reading it and could not stop. I was mentally cheering and gasping in all the right places. Definitely a 5 star review.
