D3 is miraculous!

Vitamin D3 impacts every area of our bodies and should be included on everybody's supplement list if not getting the correct amount of sunlight. Tiago Henriques has put together a very compelling case for the importance of keeping levels of this vitamin at the highest level of the normal range.

really interesting reading

Goes into a lot of detail about vitamin D and several other supplements, their benefits, risks, and interactions— and does so in a way that is accessible to a lay person and easy to understand. This is actionable intelligence you can use to talk to your doctor, and maybe change your life. Big Pharma is a lot more interested in treating disease than in curing it, because they profit when you take drugs for the rest of your life. But our bodies know how to heal themselves, or never get sick in the first place, if we give them the right fuel and use them as they were designed to be used. This information helps us do that.

Quick read that is written in a very conversational style bit disjointed but it does condense over 55 replicated studies on Vitamin D from PubMed. The writing style isn't medically authoritative it is more of a disjointed Cliff Notes diary if you don't want to read months of PubMed studies then this is book to read.

The best book on this topic that I’ve read. Very detailed with all kind of interactions explored with other supplements, diet (low calcium!) and medication. Really useful.
