Badly written and confused.
The author of the book doesn't seem to have had her text proof read as there are lots of grammatical errors and, at times it barely makes sense at all. Then there is the point that the book does switch its target audience quite a lot. There are sections where it seems that the audience is transsexuals. At other times the target is cross dressing men. Whilst at some times it seems that the target audience is feminists / women.
Then there is the section that reads like a hypnosis script. In the previous chapter the author talks briefly about obtaining (buying) a MP3 hypnosis session to help with femanisation. She then presents the script which is totally bonkers. Unless you record the script and play it back to yourself, how is one supposed to use the script? Also whilst self hypnosis is possible. People who have no experience of using hypnosis would find this very challenging and would almost certainly fail in the task. They would then probably give up on hypnosis feeling it is all rather stupid.
No doubt some people may find aspects of the book helpful. For your common or garden cross dresser however, I would say don't bother with this book. You will only end up spending - however long it takes you to read it - hours of your life that you will never get back on something that has little or no benefit for you.
Perhaps best to give this one a miss.
